Everyone was helpful. Followed pandemic protocols. Wisdom tooth extraction took twenty minutes little/no pain. Followed post-op instructions and 5 days later I'm back to stuffing my face!

I went to their Greensburg office for a single extraction. The whole process went so smoothly. Everyone was very nice and so efficient. They pay great detail to their Covid precautions.

Went for a tooth extraction. Was quick and painless. Minimal discomfort that I took meds as directed for. Not looking to go back anytime soon but would recommend.

I couldn't get in for about a month when all 4 of my wisdom teeth decided to grind against my molars. I had everything I needed to just get looked at. The day before I miss a call and voicemail (I have 2 kids) that says I need to fill out this paperwork online. The link was completely wrong and I got an extreme attitude given to me when I told them that and kindly asked for an updated one. Mind you I'm already most of the way there and live 30mins away. I'm in agonizing pain as I have to drive the whole way back home. I call to speak to someone higher up and the put the same lady on the phone and she starts an argument with me saying that she sent me the link a month ago over the phone which never happened. I'd give this place a 0/5 if I could. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life and I have never been treated the way I have with these people. Save the money and go to a more professional facility

All business and NO PEOPLE SKILLS!! Dr. Quayle got the tooth out but was gone after!! Wanted to ask about an implant, no he recommended a bridge. Couldn't even talk to the doctor!! This was relayed via front staff. A loss of a tooth can be traumatic. Again NO PEOPLE SKILLS!!! Will look for other opinion for implant!!

Have only been here once, but they were very quickly and professional with my tooth removal. Definitely recommended.

I had been putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed for years. After meeting with Dr. Strayer, my mind was immediately at ease as he explained each step of the process. He exudes confidence in a relaxing manner that makes you feel comfortable right away. Even after the procedure he made sure to sit down with me and explain post-procedure care. You can tell Dr. Strayer truly loves what he does while genuinely caring about his patients.

I hate the dentist. But dr. Buckley made things easier. He was very informative and the staff were all exceptional.

Dr. Strayer and his assistant were absolutely wonderful. He explained every step of what he was going to do. If I had ANY discomfort I told him an he numbed me and made me comfortable. This is the first time I've ever had a tooth pulled. I would highly recommend him. Will definitely be going back if I ever need this done again. Price was great too! Very very pleased when I left there.
