Was supposed to have Dr. Tseffos fix broken jaw. I felt treated like I was put on back burner,never got the surgery and never got to meet him. I was having breathing problems and they seem more interested in collecting than patient care. Won't go back.

Had a tooth pulled here recently. The office staff didn't know if my tooth would be pulled during my initial (and only) visit, I didn't know what to expect. It did get pulled by Dr. Tseffos, he didn't explain anything and the process was rough and painful but quick. The roof of my mouth was cut and bleeding during the extraction. I wouldn't recommend him.

I had such a great experience here, my first time since awhile back at the dentist. The front desk was very helpful, everyone was very friendly. I had all four wisdom teeth taken out. Dr. Swanson & Lacy we're so nice and informative with everything. It went by quick and easy. They made me feel really comfortable and were really nice. Dr. Swanson also followed up with me the next day which I truly appreciate and it shows how much they care about their patients and going the extra mile! Thank you all!

So was referred to this place by my dentist to have a tooth pulled. It is a wisdom tooth that cracked in half and it causing me a lot of pain. They told me on phone that my dentist offered me earlier opportunities to have pulled and I didn't. Which is false. So they scheduled me over a month and a half out. I am in lots of pain. And tooth is infected and I don't get moved up. Don't ever go there, they are con artist the woman scheduling had a massive snobby attitude. Don't go here!!!!!!!

Had wisdom teeth surgery there today. Dr. Swanson was amazing. Kind and willing to answer my questions. The nurses/assistants were wonderful as well.

My wisdom teeth removal under gas went even better than I could have imagined. I felt no pain whatsoever and Dr. Swanson and Ashley talked me thru everything. From my initial consultation to after the procedure, everyone there was great. Very professional and very comfortable.

I had my wisdom teeth removed last week here. I was pretty nervous about the recovery since I'm a little older than most people are when they get this done (almost 30, I know not at all old, but older than most who get this done). The surgery itself went great and they were very open and up front about everything down to recovery. Days 3 and 4 were the worst for recovery. The pain was really bad and I was super nauseous. When I tell you I have called their office 3 times the week after with questions I am not joking. Each and every time, every single person I spoke to was SO kind, understanding, and willing to answer questions to help me recover. The customer service I experienced is unmatched and made all the difference. I would HIGHLY recommend this office for your oral surgery needs. I'm now on day 6 after the surgery and while my mouth is still a tad sore (usually in the mornings before I take a tylenol), I'm a tad swollen (but really not much now), and sometimes a bit of bad taste in my mouth, it's a huge improvement from where I was on Monday. I wish I could personally thank each people I worked with and spoke with in this process. I would recommend them for all your oral surgery needs!

Dr. Bergstrom & all of the hygienists and assistants are absolutely amazing. They care and they're supportive as well as upfront. Nobody enjoys dental procedures but if you're in need of one, this is the place to go. Grateful for all of them.

My 11 years old recently had a tooth pulled at Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Fox Cities by Dr. John J. Rydlewicz. He is amazing! The procedure was unbelievably easy for him to go through. The tooth removal was less than 20 minutes. Doctor and his assistants were absolutely caring and professional. From schedule a day to the end of the aftercare, every step were so thoughtful! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs oral surgery.

I recently had a tooth pulled at Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Fox Cities by Dr. Timothy Zuck. I am the type of person that is petrified of dental work. Even a basic cleaning makes me uncomfortable. I had had wisdom teeth removed in the past at other offices and had horrible experiences. This experience was exactly the opposite!! I was thrilled with the level of service and expertise as well as the kindness and concern of the staff there. The procedure itself was unbelievably easy for me to go through. The entire tooth removal was less than 20 minutes. I felt absolutely no pain before, during, or after the procedure. I continued to take my pain medication to make sure that I kept feeling no pain, but I can honestly say I had no pain or complications. I was provided with excellent aftercare instructions which I followed to the letter. Dr. Zuck and his assistant Lacy were amazing! They were kind and attentive and they knew exactly what they were doing which put me at ease. Dr. Zuck even personally called me a few days later to see how my recovery was going . I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs oral surgery. My son needs his wisdom teeth removed next year, and I definitely plan on returning to this surgery center and requesting Dr. Zuck.

I absolutely love how professional, kind, and caring the staff has been both times I have been here. Both times were referrals for extractions that were terribly painful, They worked me into the busy schedule. I love how calming the staff is. And Dr Zuck is great..my anxiety with my teeth is pretty minimal when I have been here! Thank you for such great care.

I went for another opinion and an estimate on a tooth surgery. I was treated with the utmost care and given all the information necessary to pursue the rest of the information I still need after their consultation to make an educated and cautious decision. Dr. R. was generous with his time and knowledge, even knowing I might not be a patient!

I put my wisdom teeth surgery off for years, the staff here made me feel at ease prior to surgery. They got me in quickly and were readily available post-op for questions and concerns with recovery.
