Wow. Dr Dingman: engaging, courteous, interested, patient. Staff got me in VERY quickly (tooth extraction) - and after reviewing my situation, he agreed to extract it ON THE SPOT. Icing on the cake? VERY reasonable prices. Thanks Dr D!!!

I was referred to you by my dentist, who had done a complete exam and took x-rays and sent them to you. I wanted to use that as my consultation, as my money is tight. I was told by the receptionist that "she (referring to my dentist) does not work for us! Therefore I had to pay 168.00 for another "consultation" during which nobody even looked inside my mouth . And not having a payment plan option is disheartening for those of us without insurance. But the doctor was kind and seemed interested. I

The Dr was great however the staff there, especially the financial person is awful. We had an additional charge added on once the procedure was done it was never on the quote. I would rather drive to Phoenix then even give business here again. Stay far away!!!!

My husband was treated with the utmost respect. And both Dr.Dingman and his assistant took all the time that my husband needed. So , when we left there, he knew exactly what the procedure was, and that Dr.Dingman understood my husbands health issues. We were both very happy and would highly recommend Dr. Dingman if you want a dentist who cares, and takes the time to explain everything. And is willing to work with our schedule. Awesome!!!!!!!~! God Bless

The entire staff, from front desk to back office and Dr. Dingman, all made my first surgical experience so easy and worry free. They were quick to reassure and calm my nerves. Everyone was very gentle and kind throughout the entire process. Thanks Dr. D and staff!

Everyone was very nice, what really bothered me was that even though I sent in, my insurance information days before my appointment, they told me after the visit that my insurance was not covered and charged me a huge bill just for the visit (consultation) plus an x-ray.

We were sent to 2 other oral surgeons due to osteonecrosis and osteomyelitis of the jaw. The Prescott oral surgeon charged us 200 dollars then told us the dental problem was over his head. He sent us to Banner with an appointment for 3 months later. My husband would've been dead by then. Emergency room nurse at banner helped us get an appointment with dr dingman in flagstaff. What a relief!!! He got the wound cultured and included an infectious diseases doctor and put my husband on IV antibiotics for 2 months. Now the infection is under control, my husband can get the root canal and go on with his life. Dr Dingman saved my husband's life. Thank you Dr Dingman.

All the positive reviews are accurate. Dr Dingman and staff are very thorough and patient. He listened well and did not rush and answered all my questions and concerns. You do have to pay upfront but they also inform you that depending on the extra time spent, additional charges could be incurred. But it was all explained up front to make an informed choice. I felt very relaxed and confident after the consultation.

Received a bill for $600 two months after my daughter's wisdom teeth was pulled. I meet with finance a month before surgery and had to pay everything in advance before the procedure. What a joke!!!! Don't go here, they will bill you for more and send you to collector.

Initially I was impressed but the BILLING department is highly incompetent. I paid in full prior to the appointment. After the procedure I was billed for an exam that the front office forgot to collect for, so I paid for it over the phone. Today, almost 4 months later I received another bill for additional charges.

Everyone at the office was so kind and caring. Dr. Dingman is a very kind man and very good at what he does. He also explains the procedure and makes sure you are comfortable.

After only the consultation part of the visit, I must say I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Every member of the staff was very friendly and warm. The Doctor himself was kind and an excellent listener. All made us feel very relaxed about the coming oral surgery.

Staff very friendly, was seen right at my scheduled appointment time. My appointment was with Dr, Dingman for a general consult. He took the time to hear about my issue, then offered several possible explanations as well as a recommendation.

The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. I was treated so well. The doctor was very considerate and explained my options well., He extracted a tooth which had been a huge problem for me. He did it causing very little pain and very quickly and efficiently. Great job! More to come next week!
