Had an excellent implant consultation with Dr. Connor. He and his assistant, Nadine, made sure that all my questions were answered. Furthermore, Dr. Connor took me step-by-step through the implant procedure. I have complete confidence in him!

Was very apprehensive about having my tooth extracted! Not to worry... Dr. Schmidt was amazing as well as his assistant Jamie! Would not hesitate to contact Dr. Schmidt for any future dental problems.

Recommended bu another dentist that 3 teeth be pulled but Dr. Best was willing to pull only one. Wait and see on others. Dr. And staff were friendly and helpful. They took my medical conditions into account. We're not pushy or overbearing. Mary Anne

I went to see Dr. Conner today to have 4 teeth pulled. In the past, I have had very bad experiences at dentists and oral surgeons, so I was feeling a lot of trepidation. Dr. Conner promised me at my first visit that the extractions would be simple, fast and relatively pain free. I didn't believe him! Today, Jamie, his nurse calmed me and even held my hand during the procedure. She took every measure to make me feel at ease. True to his word, Dr. Conner did all that he promised! I have NEVER had an experience that went so well! My daughter was surprised at how fast it took. I have more teeth to be extracted but I know that when I go to that appointment, I won't be feeling dread like I have in the past. I would recommend everyone to go here, and I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much, Dr. Conner and all of your team. You have changed my mind about dental care!

Had a wisdom tooth removed on Monday. Very efficient staff and completed quickly. I don't do well with pain and was a little anxious, but the staff did a great of making me comfortable with the whole procedure.

I saw Dr Joe Schmidt 20 years ago for a unique situation occurring in my jaw. He took great care of me back then, so when my jaw started to cause me problems again, he was the one I requested handle my care. Dr. Schmidt reviewed my previous visit, discussed my condition now, and took time to go over pros and cons of other treatment I was considering with regard to my oral health. I was in awe of the technology available at the office today. Like many people, going to an oral surgeon brings up anxiety in me. He put me completely at ease by reviewing the special imaging they took and explaining what is happening with my condition. Dr. Schmidt is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable surgeon. As a bonus, he is also extremely kind and personable. I highly recommend him if you're in need of an oral surgeon.

Staff was super friendly. I had chosen to be sedated to not have a panic attack as I have a fear of needles and sharp objects in my mouth. The people here have a super calm energy and made me feel like I was in good hands

Friendly, efficient and helpful office and dental assist staff. Dr. Best was kind and highly skilled. I was there last time 9 years ago. This was a much better experience. Their "new" office in Mukwonago was clean and spacious but not ostentatious.
