Arrived for an appointment and forgot our masks. We asked for masks, but we were told that we need to reschedule! Absurd.

Nice staff, straightforward on out of pocket costs, great communication through all channels and they answered all of my questions. I had my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Rodriguez. She knows what she's doing and what she's talking about during the consultation. She is very honest and transparent about any concerns she may have before performing surgery. Her rules are straight to the point, no fluff. Thank you for a safe surgery, Dr. Rodriguez! Recovery wasn't the easiest as it truly does take a full week depending on the patient but overall this was a normal surgery. Thanks again to the entire team!

Dr Mulholland, Laura, Dominica and Lisa were so incredibly kind and helpful assisting our special needs adult daughter to have an emergency extraction. They made sure she was comfortable, used encouraging words and talked throughout the procedure about common interests which helped her to relax even more. They gave her the tooth at the end for the tooth fairy and a Easter egg surprise at the end. A fun staff that exuded kindness which is so hard to find in most offices. The front office staff were efficient in fitting her in next day first thing, billing was great and provided appropriate information for post operative care and an emergency number should the need arise. The office was super clean and comfortable. Thanks to the whole team for making our daughter A.V. Feel so safe in an otherwise uncomfortable dental emergency. Would call upon this office in the future should the need present itself! Best, Nicole V.

I just love Dr Rodriguez. Wouldn't go any where else. Very nice staff. Caring and took very good care of me. I wasn't home but I got a personal follow up call from Dr Rodriguez. My procedure went well and I feel great. I would recommend this office to all my friends in need of the best Oral Surgeon. Thankyou to everyone else in that office in quakertown on Tuesday March 1 2022

I am very happy that I was fortunate enough to have a painful experience in the hands of this staff and location. I was hesitant to even walk through the door, 5 minutes later I knew that this practice is the place to be for oral surgery. Dr. Huy was a true professional and thorough with everything i needed or wanted to know. The staff was just as helpful and concerned about the situation i was dealing with. Lisa, Dominica, and Laura were all very helpful and comforting to say the least throughout my entire visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for oral surgery!!

I had the best experience with getting my wisdom teeth removed! Dr. Cunning, and his amazing staff, Dominica, Joni, and Laura were so helpful and comforting. I was in little to no pain after my extraction. I totally recommend the Quakertown location! The staff gives it their all to make sure you are comfortable during your procedure. Thank you to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons for a phenomenal experience.

Wonderful practice. Both my son and husband had their wisdom teeth out here, I myself had 2 extractions and 2 dental implants placed. The doctors and staff were wonderful! The implant coordinator Nicole Voorhees was very helpful with my insurance questions throughout the entire dental implant process! They explained everything throughout the entire process and answered all questions. I recommend them to my family and friends all the time! Top notch!

Just recieved a bill in the mail for less than $38 from 5 years ago! After getting a pre-authorization from my insurance company that they were in-network with I had an oral surgeon there butcher my mouth taking 2 wisdom teeth out with no anesthesia (I was his last patient of the day on a Friday and he "didn't have enough time.") He no longer worked there 2 weeks later when I went back for the infection he left in my mouth and didn't prescribe antibiotics for. A few months later I got the bill and called to dispute it as my pre-auth and itemized receipt from them showed I paid my $100 deductible in full and owed nothing else. They were extremely rude and said it wasn't all covered and I owe it or they're sending me to collections, they couldn't explain what wasn't covered or why I would be sending a check directly to the doctor instead of their office (it doesn't work that way.) Then after refusing to pay they did send me directly to collections where my $38 "debt" was bought by the collection agency who I have now owed $100 to for 5 years because I will not pay that false debt. Now I recieved 2 bills for the same amount 2 days apart, 5 years later by oral and maxillofacial to write a check to the doctor who doesn't work there again. Illegal is the first word that comes to mind and unless they write this off (especially since Pennsylvania has a 4 year statute of limitations on debt collections) and never contact me again, they'll be paying me money soon.

I went in last Monday for wisdom tooth to be removed. Doctor Rodriguez was awesome. After a few needles and next thing I knew it was over. Throughout the week never had any pain, no swelling the girls that I dealt with were very pleasant.

DO NOT GO HERE. Other than the doctors and nurses not being personable before and after the surgery, they like to charge you for unnecessary fees. We went here and the front desk said we would owe a certain amount and the rest would be covered (never being told we would owe this to begin with) just to be billed a month later saying we owe $500 more because "insurance wouldn't cover it". THEN we found out that the office never submitted the extra paperwork for the extraction to our insurance and now the office is being penalized by our insurance for not submitted requested forms. There are plenty of other oral surgeons in the area, so do yourself a favor and save the headache of this office.
