Went in circles for over a year on a bill I paid through my online bill pay services. Their billing department put the burden of proof on me AND research. I went through calls, emails, opened 2 claims with my bank. At one point I was even told "well, I guess you don't want your money" after I had a second proof of payment. Turns out they had the payment the entire time and I was due a refund. They never even apologized. I wasted hours because I was supposed to know their billing set up and find their payment.

The office staff was personal and professional. The office was clean. The doctor was able to easily explain the procedure. I was shocked and surprised and upset to find out I had to pay $125 for the office consultation. I was the under the impression that it was a free visit. That is a lot of money that I hadn't budgeted for.

Dr. Hall, and his staff were very professional, caring, and worked so well helping my son with his wisdom teeth removal. I would highly recommend Dr. Hall to everyone.

Went in with swelling and pain. Gave my insurance information and they tell me that even though they know I had valid insurance they wanted me to pay out of pocket for and procedures done that day and to be reimbursed by my insurance company. Not sure this is how good business is done. Will not be back and will never be referring any one to this place. Trash for sure.

Dr Hall was great to work with. OMS was clear in explaining what to expect before and after the surgery and how to deal with recovery. Dr Hall was available by phone when I had a complication and took care of it so we haven't had any other problems. Great experience.

My experience was great. I needed to have an extraction done. I got an appointment within 2 hours. Office was clean; staff was compassionate & helpful. I would recommend & go back for services.

I was expecting pain and soreness but it was surprising how little pain was felt, I stopped taking any pain medication two days after the extraction. Dr. Broadbent does great work!

My son had his Wisdom Teeth removed and it was quick. He is doing great after the removable. Staff was very friendly. I would recommend anyone to go.

Dr. Hall did an AMAZING job taking out my wisdom teeth and even went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I feel great and have minimal pain. I will be returning if I ever need anything else done.

Dr Patrick Hall did a great job explaining every bit of what he was going to be doing. He made me feel very comfortable and he's extremely personable. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The drs and staff are amazing! The care with which they took care of my son was impressive!! They didn't have to do a lot of what they did, but because they care about their patients they go the extra mile. I would recommend them to everyone!
