First, youll be welcomed by our knowledgable secretary, who will review your paperwork, insurance, and prepare your chart for your procedure. You will then be greeted by one of our trained surgical assistants who will review the procedure in detail with you and personally escort you into our state of the art operatories. The doctor will come into the operatory room, administer anesthesia if necessary, then perform the procedure. Your surgical assistant will escort you to a private recovery room, monitor your recovery, and review your post surgery care with you. After further monitoring by Dr. Reiner, when you are ready to go home, your surgical assistant will again review your post surgery care with you, advise you that she is available to take your calls until 5pm, and that the doctors can be reached 24 hours a day via the answering service. You can expect personal expert care from us.

Oral and Maxillofacial surgery is a dental specialty that bridges the connection between dentistry and medicine, Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons complete an additional 4-6 years of hospital-based residency training beyond the four years of general dental training. As part of their specialty training, they study medicine, anesthesia, head and neck surgery, pathology, trauma, developmental problems and radiology.

We do participate with a few medical and dental plans. However, in most cases, we can still see you and help you with your oral surgery needs as long as the insurance plan has out of network benefits. Remember, your doctor wants Dr. Reiner to take care of you.

Dr. Ventura is great. Great bedside manner and very skilled. I am someone who is quite fearful of dental procedures and he put me at ease, explaining things well and taking time to answer questions.

Friendly crew who explained procedure thoroughly, good pain management, and I seem to be healing just fine 24 hours later.

I left my other dentist and came here, and everyone is so pleasant. You feel like you can express yourself with no judgement. The treatments are exceptional. Scheduling is easy and accommodating.

The staff is just rude.... Made a phone call to set up an appointment the young lady who answered had an attitude and was trying to rush me off the phone. I called back couple days later with the info they asked me to collect and once again was treated poorly buy a different girl. Went into the office to drop off new patient forms and they were even ruder in person. I decided this was not the place for me and canceled my extraction appointment. I can't comment on the doctor because I never had a chance to have a consultation with him. I wasn't going to leave a review but today I went to another oral surgeon office in town and the staff was amazing so it only goes to show you your practice is only as good as who you have representing you.

Regarding Dr.Reiner, He took my teeth out sure... but both times I was there he was rude, during the consultation he was shouting my personal info and habits through the office with patients in the waiting room hearing my main struggles in life (private stuff). I asked him to shut the door and he didn't seem happy about it and rolled his eyes and shook his head as if I'm asking for a lot, then the nurse ended up shutting the door thankfully. (the door should be shut in the first place for confidentiality... duh) He also assumes my financial status then chuckled shaking his head at me when I said I have the money for the surgery because he assumed I'm not capable of having such funds. (truly caught me off guard as to how someone could say that and them thinking it's okay, especially doubling down on it the moment after, left me speechless for a moment, till i responded with "Don't ever assume someone financials it's extremely rude"). He wasn't clear on the intake and was visibly distraught when I had more questions and concerns. As I was about to go under for the surgery he made a smart @$$ remark that I couldn't respond to about me having an iPhone and my music (?like good one boomer, i guess??). During intake, he stated "I'm only here for another year" I'm assuming retirement, so maybe he just doesn't care anymore... oh well. I don't write reviews ever but this guy deserves one. Be more respectful it's not that hard, or don't since you're leaving soon -\_(tsu)_/- the choice is yours :)

Love Dr. Reiner! My son needed his wisdom teeth removed during the COVID-19 nonsense and Dr. Reiner saw him quickly for an evaluation on a Friday morning (called Thursday), and scheduled the procedure for the following Monday morning. As a parent I hated the thought of my son going through this, and by the NEXT morning he felt fine!! I prepared hi for pain and agony for several days and dad was wrong (thankfully). Bravo Dr. Reiner and staff who were also helpful including having me complete new patient forms ahead of time to limit office time and potential exposure.
