Great staff, very patient and nice, straightforward on out of pocket costs, great communication through all channels and they answered all of my questions (I had so many I felt bad but they didn't ever not answer or get back to me). I even had to call the doctor on call a few times during my healing process, and the timeframe of getting back to me was amazing. I'd say within 5 minutes Dr. Mulholland returned my call and answered ALL of my questions and concerns with care. I had my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Rodriguez. She knows what she's doing and what she's talking about. During the consultation, she is very honest and transparent about any concerns she may have before performing surgery. Her rules are straight to the point, no fluff. Thank you for a safe surgery, Dr. Rodriguez! Recovery wasn't the easiest as it truly does take a full week depending on the patient but overall this was a normal surgery. Thanks again to the entire team!

This is a professional and skilled practice. I got my wisdom teeth removed here and it was a breeze, in and out and recovered in a couple days. I actually followed the doctors instructions and had no complications (no dry socket, didn't have to use the prescribed pain meds more than twice). I brought my daughter here for a surgery and saw the same precise surgery which resulted in quick recovery. Staff was very helpful with insurance as well

Would not recommend if you can find a better place. They did the job, took at my wisdom teeth as needed but made me feel uncomfortable and uncared for. I was in chronic pain 2 weeks after the surgery just due to the fact they did not give me a syringe and tell me to clean the holes of my wisdom teeth. I booked an appointment to understand why I was in so much pain a week and a half after surgery since i called 4 days after and they told me to wait. Whole situation is uncomfortable, their set up and how they speak to you. Not to mention they refused to give me any pain medication besides 1000mg ibuprofen (which you can buy at any store in 500mg) andCodeine Tylenol. I asked him are you sure that will do the job?? He assured me it would, it did nothing, and when I ran out they would not give me more or anything else. Had to put a short sleeves shirt on before surgery since i wore a long one, I woke up with my long one on meaning they took it off and replaced it while i was unconscious. Is that even allowed ? I think some of the doctors are okay, but not all. Go somewhere better please they really don't care much about you and they make it obvious when taking care of you the doctors and their assistants

Dr. Rodriguez is not only an outstanding surgeon, but she also goes above and beyond. Both of my children have had the privilege of having her as their surgeon for orthodontic-requested surgery and tooth extractions. She is patient and understanding. The Warminster staff is amazing. I cannot say enough about our experiences here over the years. Highly recommend.

Wonderful practice. Both my son and husband had their wisdom teeth out here, I myself had 2 extractions and 2 dental implants placed. The doctors and staff were wonderful! The implant coordinator Nicole Voorhees was very helpful with my insurance questions throughout the entire dental implant process! They explained everything throughout the entire process and answered all questions. I recommend them to my family and friends all the time! Top notch!

We took my son here back in March, who was 19 months old at the time, for a procedure as the muscle under his lip was separating his front teeth. The entire experience was wonderful! The doctor explained everything carefully, the nurses were wonderful with my son and the entire office staff were very friendly. They even helped soothe him when he inevitably started crying from having a laser in his mouth and we ended up leaving with him smiling. A few months later due to COVID I received a call regarding our insurance due to a change between the time of the procedure (which happened to literally be the last day before the state mandated quarantine) and when they could open back up and it was able to be easily figured out and resolved. I appreciate how everyone was friendly and helpful with my son when I couldn't be back with him!

Nightmare experience! Let me back up a few months- I was referred here for a dental implant. I had my problem tooth extracted late last year. My follow up appt got cancelled due to covid. In August, I reached out to the office and scheduled my follow up appointment. Dr reviewed my X-ray with me and told me the implant coordinator will call me back with pricing and next step. Nightmare starts here- the implant coordinator Nicole Voorhees called me back with some quotes. There is a good case and a bad case, $2000 out of pocket difference between the two cases. I have questions regarding to the next step like when I will be finding out which case would I be and details. Nicole Voorhees got upset and saying she is only here to talk to me about MONEY. She yelled and screamed rudely. I asked her to then transfer me to someone I can talk to regarding to next step. She said she will have someone else call me back. Maybe she is having a bad day, or maybe I was too anxious myself and sounded impatient myself. But what happened next is just unacceptable. Nobody called me back for one week. I called back a couple times, keep being told someone will call me back. Once I was provided with the manager's number. I left the manager a message thinking I might finally get speak to someone. But no, I was ignored one more time. I finally called the office again after one week. The front desk told me they had no doctor for the past week, and they can't give me a time frame when they will be able to review my case with the doctor and deciding next step. Now this is just UNACCEPTABLE! I said then I have no other option than switching doctor, I got a "fine". I said I will share my experience on google review, I got a "fine". The whole time, I did not get one "sorry". When I tried to find what is causing that they had no doctor, I got a "I am not going over that with you". She hung up before I did! Well, this is my experience. I don't know what is behind all this, and I don't want to guess. I just want to share my experience and honest opinion. The customer service here is a nightmare. Nobody deserves to be treated like this.

The staff is unprofessional, rude, and just unfriendly I do not recommend this place if you want quality care. Some of the doctors are nice, but one doctor in particular is not very nice and once you start the process of whatever it is that you're trying to do you will quickly realize who said doctor is. If I could rate this clinic even lower I would. But, in terms of duties performed, I got teeth removed from them and I haven been in pain for a full month, I was told I would recover in weeks and it's been months.

This office is so unpleasant. The front desk staff are short, unfriendly and unhelpful. The doctor (Huy) was rude to my daughter and condescending to all of us. There are other options in the area so I highly recommend you go elsewhere if you value respect and kindness.

Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here a few year ago, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. It hurt worse then getting my tonsils removed. My recovery was horrible, I got really bad dry sockets and they made me come back in to get them checked out and the doctor was so rough with me I was screaming in pain and crying and kicking my legs all over the place begging him to stop. He didn't even have any sympathy at all. I literally left the office in tears that day sobbing, it was so traumatic! My recovery took way longer then expected/what I was told and they wouldn't give me any pain meds until I begged them basically crying in the phone about how much pain I was in due to my dry sockets. The staff here is horrible and they don't have any sympathy for their patients!!

I had my wisdom teeth removed on Friday, and this office is top notch. The staff is very kind, and the office is spotless. Dr.RODRIGUEZ was amazing, and I'd recommend her to anyone who needs this surgery done.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad, the people here were very very friendly! I don't have a single complaint. I went in for a checkup after my wisdom teeth removal from another location and I was very pleased at how friendly and kind the staff were after had reading the bad reviews! Super nice/helpful people!!!

1 star for extremely poor and shady billing practice. They quoted and had me pay $480.50 prior to my surgery, then 5 months later, sent me and ADDITIONAL bill for $365.91. Proceed with caution.
