Was VERY Adamant about getting a cash price up front - after several phone calls and visits - FINALLY nailed down the exact price - and paid in cash up front. THEN months later received a bill for the cash amount. as if it were not paid. hitting my credit - and affecting my life in MUCH larger ways than it should. It may take a few days, but I know I have my receipt - and will be disputing this. I tried to contact the business - but have not received a response. Like many other reviews - I would have given -0- stars but that was not an option.

I ADVISE DO NOT GO HERE! I would not give any stars but had to so I could post a review. I waited for over an hour just to get into the office. Then they proceeded to tell me they would not take me when they could have easily prevented this within that hour that I was waiting..they were also trying to get more billing/money out of me by having me do unnecessary X-rays. We had recent copies of X-rays within just days of this appointment... The front desk office workers are the rudest human beings I have ever met. They were not accommodating at all. And they did not make my child feel comfortable what so ever. BEWARE!!!!!!

Let me back up a few months- I was referred here for a dental implant. I had my problem tooth extracted late last year. My follow up appt got cancelled due to covid. In August, I reached out to the office and scheduled my follow up appointment. Dr reviewed my X-ray with me and told me the implant coordinator will call me back with pricing and next step. Nightmare starts here- the implant coordinator Nicole Voorhees called me back with some quotes. There is a good case and a bad case, $2000 out of pocket difference between the two cases. I have questions regarding to the next step like when I will be finding out which case would I be and details. Nicole Voorhees got upset and saying she is only here to talk to me about MONEY. She yelled and screamed rudely. I asked her to then transfer me to someone I can talk to regarding to next step. She said she will have someone else call me back. Maybe she is having a bad day, or maybe I was too anxious myself and sounded impatient myself. But what happened next is just unacceptable. Nobody called me back for one week. I called back a couple times, keep being told someone will call me back. Once I was provided with the manager's number. I left the manager a message thinking I might finally get speak to someone. But no, I was ignored one more time. I finally called the office again after one week. The front desk told me they had no doctor for the past week, and they can't give me a time frame when they will be able to review my case with the doctor and deciding next step. Now this is just UNACCEPTABLE! I said then I have no other option than switching doctor, I got a "fine". I said I will share my experience on google review, I got a "fine". The whole time, I did not get one "sorry". When I tried to find what is causing that they had no doctor, I got a "I am not going over that with you". She hung up before I did! Well, this is my experience. I don't know what is behind all this, and I don't want to guess. I just want to share my experience and honest opinion. The customer service here is a nightmare. Nobody deserves to be treated like this.

Very happy with this practice and the surgical procedure that was done by Dr. Cunning. The doctor went over every detail and made sure all my questions were answered before surgery. What I liked the most was that he got right to the point what to expect after the surgery and years to follow. The doctor called me personally the day after the surgery on a Saturday to see how I was feeling. That shows you how much he cares about his patients. I was expecting to be in a lot of pain with the type of procedure I was having done, and surprisingly I did not have the slightest discomfort that was expected. Dr. Cunning is a skilled surgeon with years of experience.

1 star for extremely poor and shady billing practice. They quoted and had me pay $480.50 prior to my surgery, then 5 months later, sent me and ADDITIONAL bill for $365.91. Proceed with caution.

DO NOT GO HERE. Other than the doctors and nurses not being personable before and after the surgery, they like to charge you for unnecessary fees. We went here and the front desk said we would owe a certain amount and the rest would be covered (never being told we would owe this to begin with) just to be billed a month later saying we owe $500 more because "insurance wouldn't cover it". THEN we found out that the office never submitted the extra paperwork for the extraction to our insurance and now the office is being penalized by our insurance for not submitted requested forms. There are plenty of other oral surgeons in the area, so do yourself a favor and save the headache of this office.

My daughter just had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Allison Rodriguez last week. Dr. Rodriguez answered all our questions, did a great job caring for her and I would highly recommend her to others. Thank you!

My experience at Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons in Chalfont was amazing. Every since having a bad experience at a hospital, I have severe anxiety in medical situations. I was terrified when one of my wisdom teeth had to come out. Dr. Louis A. Huy and the nurse were very very understanding and helped me feel as comfortable as possible. The procedure was extremely quick and I was out of there in no time. I really appreciate them and will be going back should I need anything in the future.

Dr. Land- Thank you for putting me at ease today with your advice for removing my decayed wisdom tooth. Going under was not necessary... it was out in a second with no pain. Excellent!

Everything worked like clockwork for my wisdom tooth extraction. The front desk was wonderful. Dr. Huy was awesome, did a great job explaining what was about to happen. In short order and with no pain, the tooth was out! His assistant was great and very understanding that I sometimes get a little light-headed. The insurance submission was done for me. A+

I was so nervous going to Dr Huy with a fractured tooth to be pulled. I asked for general anesthesia which Dr would have done, but he nicely suggested he could do this under local and it would be fine. Dr Huy was great! He listened and he told me everything he was doing! The tooth was out in 10 minutes! No pain I was shocked. He is the best! Nervous Nellie
