Dr Novak was caring, thorough and detailed through the entire process of addressing my abscess and implant procedure which, in my case, spanned about 6-7 months. They also include a free 6 and 12 month follow up to insure everything has healed properly and remains problem free afterwards. I highly recommend this practice and would not hesitate to use their services in the future !.

Staff was very friendly before,during, and after the implant procedure. It was much less traumatic than anticipated, and I just went back for the one year assessment and was treated like an old friend. The most painful part of the whole process was paying for it, but I am glad I had it done!

My dentist recommended this group for two extractions and possibly some implant prep. I initially had an appointment in Mukwonago, but they had an opening in Waukesha and I got in sooner. I was told to expect the extractions would take up to 45 minutes. Turns out the teeth cooperated, and it took only 20 minutes. Great place, talented specialists.

Dr. Tim Novak was so kind to see me for an emergency extraction. I am a CDA and work at a dental office, we do not have dental insurance (imagine that) Dr. Novak was so kind to gave me a big discount on my bills. I want to work in this office Thank You Dr. Novak and team...! I will be referring patients.

Gal in the front office was great. When I made the appointment, I was told one thing, but when the Dr, came in I was told he could not do it in 1 app. I needed to come back. Not really happy. I was treated like my time didn't matter AND the extra $125 for a 5-minute consultation was all they wanted. I am disabled and the walk alone is tiring.

I was referred from my dentist for tooth extraction and appreciate being able to be scheduled on the same day to end the pain I was in. I was in and out quickly and though what I went in for wasn't pleasant, the team was very nice and helped me understand the procedure and recovery process.

Dr. Brookes was extremely kind, professional and to the point. She did an excellent job with my tooth extraction. Everyone from the front desk staff to the surgical assistants were very nice, professional and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this office.

I went to see Dr. Novak for an infected tooth extraction, and although I was in a lot of pain, he and his assistant, Emily, made me relax and get through it with some small talk and levity. The tooth was out before I knew it and my pain was gone! I would highly recommend this oral surgery practice if ever you are in need.

EXCELLENT experience with this office and the INSTALLATION of an implant. Dr. Schmidt VERY thorough in explaining each procedure making sure no pain! Excellent staff assisting. Very happy getting there early and ushered right in to begin! Five stars all the way! Excellent reference, Dr. Schmidt, by Dr. Brett Skarr! Now have TWO implants!!!!!!!!!!!

I ended up here because my dentist wasn't comfortable pulling my tooth at their office. After almost a month of being in pain I met Dr. Novak. While we needed a follow up to take my tooth out he made me feel comfortable which is no easy thing. Like most people dentists are not my favorite but in our first meeting he told me they would not abandon me and would see me through this. This support was something I didn't get from my regular dentist. The whole team was caring and made the experience as pleasant as they could. They had me in and out for my procedure in about 20 minutes and no fuss with the billing. I would recommend Dr. Novak to anyone.

Everyone I met was so polite and showed respect and concern for my needs. From reception to dental assistant to Dr. and as I checked out. I got such great care to my needs and will pass along their office as a great place to check out.

Wow, although my appointment was a short one I was impressed. My appt was for a dry socket, no ones fault but it happens, The procedure was packing the tooth with an antibiotic and pain reliefer , I waited about 3 minutes, followed the nurse (Dental Assistant?) to the chair, she brought up my x rays and advised the Dr would be with me shortly. He was about 5 minutes later Dr walks in advises me he is aware of my issue asked me to open. He fished out the prior plug and provided a new one. Procedure was maybe 3 minutes. I was in and out of the office in under a half of an hour. Professional, (Office was impressive too) friendly, and efficent.
