Front desk staff overshadows a good dentist Anderson. Ya get my name and info wrong and insist I don't have appointment. Dubious and un-apologetic, pretentious but well-placed words. aggressive billing. Oh, my brief visit with Dr Anderson was pleasant. How do you suppose follow-up went? Front desk staff, your voices deliver nothing, your actions, your integrity. same

I've been here way too many times. Fortunately Dr. Junck is always kind and personable which makes the visit so much more bearable. It's almost not like I'm getting my teeth pulled . What's not to love

The staff here was wonderful with my daughter in getting her wisdom teeth out. They were great at explaining the process and what to expect. Very professional, would definitely recommend!

Very nice office, professional staff, and amazing oral surgeons. Pulled out a wisdom tooth and I was in and out in 35 minutes, didn't feel a thing and no pain afterwards. Only took Ibuprofen for a day and a half.

I had two teeth extracted. In my 80 years, I had never experienced such ease with dentistry as I did with Dr. Anderson. It was basically painless, easy and quick. Thank you Dr. Anderson. I will be recommending you to others.

My daughter needed some baby teeth pulled and was super nervous. Dr. Junck made her feel much better after the consultation and for the procedure. Then they called to check up on her later and I thought that was really awesome. Wonderful and friendly staff all around!

I was totally amazed how efficient Dr. Yunck was. He had me in and out of his office in no time at all! Plus, zero pain throughout the process and afterwards. No need for pain pills , seriously! I would highly recommend Dr. Yunck for anyone looking for an oral surgeon! Also, his staff that worked alongside him was also amazing! Thank you Dr. Yunck and all your staff. Dr Junck and the entire staff were incredible this morning. From the moment I arrived to the time I left. Everyone is so soft spoken and when you are about to go under general anesthesia that's exactly what you need. My nerves we calmed and my experience this morning was the best.

My short experience here was wonderful! I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Anderson and everything went smoothly. He explained the procedure and answered any questions I had with great interest. Very welcoming and accommodating. Would recommend this place to everyone!

I recently had 4 wisdom teeth removed (2 impacted) by Dr. Junck and what a great experience it was. First off after my intial consultation this office was able to schedule my surgery a little less than 2 weeks after vs scheduling it out a month plus like the oral surgery office in Rockford. The office staff was very nice and worked quickly. When I came in for my first follow up they didn't just brush off how swollen my face was but gave me medicine to relieve the pain and help the swelling go down. Dr. Junck explained the surgery and recovery process well and he was a pleasant surgeon to have. I would highly recommend this office!

Overall good experience. I didn't wait long in the waiting room. Staff was great and Dr. Junck did a great job removing my wisdom teeth. That same day staff calls to see how you are feeling and if you have any questions. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Dr. Junck is awesome... Patient, listens to his patients, and is thorough. Tooth removal was an informational and easy process. Staff was kind and thorough.

As someone who has feared the dentist for most of my life, Dr. Anderson and staff couldn't have made things any smoother. Great communication. A very "down to earth" doctor, who took the time to listen and make you feel more than just a numbered patient. Gail and staff did a wonderful job at setting, and then going above/beyond expectations. Thank you, guys. I will be referring your staff to anyone needing dental surgery.

I feel like the other reviews giving this place poor stars are not being truthful. These people are absolutely fantastic. My surgeon (Dr. Anderson I think?) did a quick job on my wisdom teeth. Everyone was super friendly to me leading up to the surgery, and put any worries I had at ease. I got my surgery done last week and had to come in again this week for pain because my medication ran out. But when I told them this, they saw me immediately and now I'm all taken care of. I appreciate all of them for making the process go so smoothly. Edit: I got into a car accident while still recovering from my surgery. They got me in immediately to check my mouth out and make sure everything was okay, and made sure I wasn't in any pain.

Got the name of this practice for my husband to have a cracked tooth pulled. During the consultation with Dr. Junck he said he understand the issues my husband has with dentists and said they would be very understanding and take care of him. I called the day prior to the procedure to make sure he would be prescribed something after for his pain and to go through what he would be dealing with the day of. Day of the procedure after his tooth had been pulled the doctor tried to prescribe T3, explained to the doctor my husbands reactions and requested stronger non generic medication due to his medical history. Doctor hemmed and hawed a bunch and kept saying he could take the Ibuprofen for the pain but finally agreed to his prescription. After finally getting home and having him take one we realized that he had been given the generic medication! Called the pharmacy right away and was told that the doctor had said it was able to be substituted and only he can get us a new script. Then had to deal with getting ahold of the doctor again, explaining again why he needed the different script and had to drive BACK out to get the new prescription while at the same time getting lectured by the doctor about being upset that this even took place in the first place! Do NOT recommend at all!
