Completely disrespected me and my time as a patient. The first thing that happened was the receptionist shushed me so she could finish writing a text message for the next minute. There were no temperature checks. There was no social distancing. 12 patients in a waiting room with only 6 chairs. Half of us were standing, cramped. Several people just walked out of the office to wait outside it. MASSIVELY overbooked. My appointment was at 3. 4 o clock rolled around and I wasn't even sat in an exam room yet. With no indication that my turn was coming up. As far as I could tell there was only even 2 people working, the front desk and the doctor. Overbooked and understaffed. I will not be returning. I cannot speak to the doctor or his ability because I never got the chance to even be seen. This was for a quick consultation on braces. Not a fitting. Just a consultation.

Even though I am out of town I still find myself going back to Dr. Ko from time to time over the past several years because of his clinical skill and honesty. It is hard to find a good dentist.
