For my $150 consultation I got to talk to the oral dental surgeon for four minutes and he didn't even look inside my mouth. The x-ray he was looking at was over a year old. My dentist had faxed them a more recent x-ray but they said they never got it. I also had a CD disk that Lalor dental gave me it was my 3-D scan and the dental assistant told me that they couldnt watch the disk because they don't have a computer in their office.

Dr. Farr and Amy (nurse) took great care of me and the whole experience was professional, courteous and well executed. Amy was especially attentive and made sure to follow up with me later in the day to check all was well, and it was. No post surgery pain or swelling. Insurance (United health) was accepted and handled very a very timely manner. Would certainly recommend these guys. UPDATE. I've taken two stars off my original score as they have been anything but professional on applying my insurance coverage correctly. It's taken two months so far and I still do not have it sorted out. Buyer beware they are not good in handling the paperwork side of things at all!
