Amazing experience. I had all of my wisdom teeth removed and the staff made me feel very comfortable before my procedure. They're all kind authentic people and I felt very secure in the doctors hands. My recovery went by smoothly, with zero complications. Definitely recommend.

Great office staff and doctor! They were extremely professional and sweet! They made me feel very comfortable, especially during this COVID Pandemic. They were capable of answering all of my questions about after surgery care and insurance. Dr. Middleton was also very genuine with the treatment plan he gave me. Highly recommend!!

I had an emergency dentist visit with Dr Middleton today, and I just want to say that the experience was very focused around money throughout the entire visit. I was getting two teeth pulled and needed to be put under. They told me I needed an escort to bring me there and take me home. So while I was under my escort went next door to get a bagel and it must have been around the time I was waking up because they came into my room mad asking me where my escort was, and then the girl called him and had a attitude on the phone and told my husband they can charge us more because he left and came back. Not one person spoke to my husband or even said hello to my husband while we were there from 9:45-12:45pm. He was not aware he wasn't allowed to step out to get food. He was not going to leave me there, obviously. But the way they handled the situation was very unprofessional in my opinion .. Instead of calling him and just explaining to him that he isn't allowed to leave, they had a attitude and threatened to charge us more and then told us not to make a scene when he came back in the room. What scene ? They are the ones who were threatening us and giving us an attitude? They didn't want us discussing why it took so long because they had other patients they said and I guess it can make the doctor look bad or something. All I gotta say is my husband felt very discriminated against. On top of the doctor being very "all about the dollar" Instead of at least pretending to care. I was asking him questions about implants and to see what's next and he answered some questions but the look on his face was "can you just shut up so I can go" they are not about the people in this office at all. They are definitely about the bottom line. And that's cool but it's not a place for me. And I will never use this place again.. I will go and get my implants done in NYC thanks for today but we won't be doing business in the future. Maybe if you go and take some people classes and learn how to not discriminate against someone because they look different than you. These other 5 star reviews on here are from family members for sure. I was put under after extracting 2 teeth and I walked out of there with one piece of gauze. Sorry maybe I should have offered to pay for it then maybe i would have gotten a few more lol.

Staff is super nice and helpful. Very professional. From making Appointments to the actual surgery. Dr. Middleton answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable after I expressed how nervous I was. If I could give more stars I would! Thanks everyone for your hard work!

Dr. Middleton and staff were extremely helpful and explained everything about my procedure well in advance. Dr. Middleton seems very sincere in his profession and it certainly does not feel like the "assembly line" type of service that a lot of places seem to have now days. He is ready to answer any questions and concerns and truly treated me like an individual instead of another patient . Dr. Middleton and his surgical assistants were very great at helping me be comfortable before my procedure and explaining things to me. Also, being in a safety sensitive line of work, Dr. Middleton expressed genuine concern for when I should return to work due to my procedure and post-op care and provided helpful guidance. Any dental procedure is certainly not something anyone looks forward to, including myself, but God forbid should the need ever arise again for a procedure past that of which a primary care dentist can handle, I will definitely be back to Dr. Middleton.

Anytime I've visited here, the staff is very welcoming and professional. Middleton's office is extremely helpful and courteous to your needs.

FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was a self pay patient and paid all the money up front just to get a bill in the mail 3 months later stating I owe $200. I would NEVER recommend any ever go to this place.

So being the only time I've been here my experience was great! Dr. Middleton really cares for his patients. He made sure That I was comfortable and within an hour I was out. His staff, y'all they're great. The girls made me feel like I was at home and they was super super sweet! I highly recommend this place.
