Oral Health Partnership (OHP) Children’s Dental Clinic and Administrative Office - General dentist in Green Bay, WI

In 2005, an alarming number of kids were arriving in Green Bay area emergency rooms with dental pain and infections. A dedicated group of community volunteers with the Green Bay Rotary decided to do something about it and created an initiative in 2005 called Healthy Teeth, Healthy Kids, a mobile, in-school dental clinic. From this program, the Oral Health Partnership was created. In 2007, we became a 501(c)3 and opened our first clinic at the Howe Community Resource Center.

In addition to our School-Based and clinic services, in 2010 through a partnership with St. Vincent Hospital, we added hospital services. This allows us to treat kids with special needs or those that might need general anesthesia to help them through their dental treatments.

Today we are so excited to be giving kids the care and tools they need to smile! We spearhead a true community effort with partnerships with multiple organizations and over 40 schools to serve kids in need throughout the county. Each year, our four clinics and School-Based Programs perform over 100,000 procedures, serving almost 10,000 kids, with 4,000 being seen in school. Through countless outreach efforts to daycares and other community organizations, we are continuing our efforts to reach all the children in Brown County that can benefit from our services. But we still have more work to do.

We will continue to grow and evolve until every kid in Brown County has access to quality dental care. This includes expanding our clinics, visiting schools all over the county, and outreach to where we can serve our kids. Every child deserves a healthy smile, and we are committed to making sure they can get one!

We will take reasonable steps to provide free-of-charge language assistance services to people who speak the languages we are likely to hear in our practice and who dont speak English well enough to talk to us about the dental care we are providing.

The best children's dentist my son has been to. I don't know the workers names but they all were sweet and empathetic especially the doctor who checked my son's teeth. He reassured me and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. They have Netflix to help your children stay still or to take the dentist environment off of their mind. I will be bringing my son back they have a lovely crew who are actually really good with kids!

Ohp is such a good place I was just there today and I was nervous about getting my teeth done and they made me comfortable and made me feel ready. Then they told me what they were doing to me and let me pick a movie to watch. And at the end I got to pick a prize

After being referred here from my son's previous dentist (he was always anxious and apprehensive about getting work done), I've finally found a team that is excellent with children. My son had no problems or issues and they made him comfortable and took it slow and he did exceptionally well. I was a dental assistant for 15 years and I couldn't even get him calm enough at his previous dentist. Polite and professional. I'm so glad we found this superb team that actually knows how to work with children and parents.

Amazing!! I don't like that I cannot go back with my children, but my boys are comfortable with it.

traumatizing experience for my kid and I! the dental assistant was RUDE; blaming us as parents (because my kid refused to open his mouth) and suggested that we sit on our kid to force brush his teeth, because that's what she does. than continues to ask if my son had behavioral issues or disorders!? for a place that deals with young kids or kids in general, they or her in particular, doesnt know how to deal with situations where a kid refuses to open his mouth (come on, this isnt the first time); not all kids are angels or follow directions when asked, she as a parent should have understood that!

We've been coming to OHP for 5 years and we love it! The ladies are always so nice and welcoming, my son never complains about coming to the dentist. There was an issue with my appointment today and the ladies took care of it and got him in right away. Thank you so much!

They keep telling us to go back to do work on the same set of teeth. They took out the cavities and filled them. Couple months later they tell us that she needs to go in to get crowns. Now they are telling us she wouldn't cooperate so we have to go to the hospital to get the crowns put in on the same set of teeth. They talk loud among each other about random things which is unprofessional. They never showed us the xrays that they took. Parents are not allowed to go to the back with their child.

I called to make an appointment for my niece (on BadgerCare) who is 10 and hasn't had a dental visit in years. Their only other option was to book months in advance and drive out to Lakewood, to a dentist they heard was terrible. OHP got her in for a visit within the week. She said that everything went great. Both her and her mom were very happy with the care she received.
