I needed X-rays. The tech had trouble with the film devices, so she had to try more times than usual b4 Dr. Banga actually got them right. The extra tries left me with very sore gums that still hurt during dinner. My appt. was before noon.

I came in to get my partial denture repaired after my own dentist refused to see me right away. Dr. Banga graciously agreed to fix it right away and even offered to bring it to my mailbox later. Now that's going above and beyond! I plan to make her my new dentist. She made my stressful day so much better!

So happy that Dr Banga was able to work me in. The repair took at least 30 minutes and I certainly appreciated that she took all the time necessary to fix my veneer. It must have disrupted her day but she was her usual cheerful, professional self.

Dr. Banga is a skilled and knowledgeable dentist. She explained to me about my dental issue and the possible treatments for it. I didn't know much about dentistry but the way she explained it was really simple so I understood them all. Aside from that, I have terrible dental phobia, but she put me at ease and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended westerville dentist!

Dr. Banga is the only person I would trust to fix my teeth from now on. I was eating a kettle chip for breakfast one morning when I chipped an entire corner off of my 2 lower right molars. Welp, that's what I get for eating chips early in the morning I guess.. I knew I needed crowns, so I contacted the oral health center. The receptionist booked an appointment for me right away, and I began my treatment soon after. I have complete faith in Dr. Banga's ability to accomplish the teeth restoration to my satisfaction. Normally, I'm a nervous patient. For me, being in a dental chair is unpleasant. Dr. Banga was quite patient with me, and her injections were painless. Oral health center provides a lovely, welcoming ambiance and has advanced technology. The entire crew was efficient with their work and pleasant to talk to. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Banga and her team to take care of your dental needs and if you're looking for a competent and trustworthy emergency dentist in westerville. Family-friendly and well-trained. My tooth is still in excellent condition and has no sensitivity till today.

This practice came up when I googled "emergency dentist near me." When I called because of a dental emergency, they tried and made great efforts to see me within 24 hours! The front desk staff is helpful. The x-ray tech is friendly and made my visit even more comfortable. The emergency dentist is one of the most compassionate I've ever met. She is meticulous in her job and treatment plans. I went back to Dr. Pooja Banga today for further work, and I'm really looking forward to seeing the final results of my smile makeover! I recommend you to give them a call if you need some dental work. Definitely worth spending a couple of dollars :)

I need to begin by saying that, due to a childhood trauma, I am absolutely TERRIFIED of the Dentist. With that said, I haven't been for 15+ years. Of course, I have a broken, infected molar. EVERYONE, from the Receptionist to the Assistant all the way to Dr Banga....were kind, compassionate and NON-JUDGMENTAL. They eased my fears, treated my pain and helped me with my uncontrollable shaking & tears. I will be returning as well as my Husband & Son will be transferring to her as well! Oh, they got me in within 2 HOURS of my call due to the severity of my infection! I couldn't have found a better Dental Office! If you are fearful, PLEASE call them!

My husband needed a wisdom teeth extraction, which they immediately took care of. It was a success. They have a fantastic emergency dentist who is very friendly, helpful, and considerate. Also, the personnel is really professional and they are patient in answering all of our questions. My husband's appointment was on time! If you have a dental emergency, I highly recommend this Westerville, Ohio dentist clinic. Their rates are affordable too. You won't regret it!

I came across this office when I was searching for a dentist near me. The atmosphere at the Oral Health Center is quite comfortable. I underwent deep cleaning and thankfully, it wasn't painful. The staff is nice and even when I had issues with my insurance, they followed up with me diligently. I was able to pay the cost of my treatment without a hitch.
