I actually have not been to the dentist in years, I am in my late 50's. I had no need. Decided I needed to get a checkup. Live in a small town, did not feel I ever received the best care. Decided to go to a larger city for a good check up. From the moment we walked through the front door, (my husband had his teeth looked at also), we were treated so kind and the dentist (Dr. Brian Koch) and his assistant, Cindy, were so gentle and kind. Very informative, make you feel so comfortable. Did not rush the appointment at all. Have had a number of follow up visits. From cleaning, fillings and cap replacements. All has went smoothly. We should have been going to the dentist more often, to avoid so much work having to be completed! :) Glad we have went and would highly recommend and plan on making, yearly visits to the city :), to keep our teeth, healthy! Thank you for the great care!

I called there to make an appointment and decided against it because the lady on the phone was very very rude and unprofessional, and did not answer any information I had asked.

Dr. Koch and staff are top-tier. The customer service, including the text reminders, smiling faces (even beneath masks) and attention to detail is of the utmost quality. I have been a patient since 2018 and have no plans on leaving!

Words cannot express how happy we are with Dr. Brian Koch, Cindy and the rest of the staff at Oral Health Associates. After office hours, our teenage son slipped and fell on the hardwood floor breaking both his front teeth. This was very traumatic for all. Dr. Koch called us back immediately and we texted him photos. The nerve was exposed and he met us at the office immediately without hesitation. The next morning Dr. Brian Koch was able to see our son again and completely repair both teeth beautifully! They followed up by calling to check on him as well as had him come back within a few days to check to make sure no further damage to his nerve/teeth. The care and talent are second to none. As parents, we would do anything to help our children. We knew they would take amazing care of our son as if he were their own child and they did! We highly recommend Dr. Brian Koch and his team!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Koch's for 30 years and I can't recommend him and Oral Health Associates enough! I have never once had a bad experience there and I have been through alot of very difficult problems with my teeth. Dr. Koch is incredibly gentle and patient and has such a kind, calm and comforting demeanor. He got me through it all and in the end did a beautiful set of veneers for me that I've had for about 15 years now with no problems. I have seen the other dentists there on occasion as well and have always had positive experiences. The assistants and hygienists are all so sweet and their front desk staff is like none other, the nicest gals you'd ever want to meet! Always going out of their way to get you in for appointments and keep you on a regular schedule. I have been taking my kids (now teenagers) there as well since their first checkups when they were little and Dr. Koch and his team have always been so good with them. My husband and the rest of our extended family are patients as well and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've had such a positive experience with all the staff here. I actually look forward to go to the dentist now. I have gotten cleanings, all of my fillings redone to white ones which were previously gray and deteriorating, and crowns here and feel confident in my smile now. Thank you to all the great staff for making this a comfortable place I can trust!

A doctor from the Green Bay office could not make my tooth numb after making six or more injections. In the end, he said that my tooth is not sensitive to anesthesia, cannot be numb today, and I'm ok to go without filling. I would not believe this possible if it did not happen to me. I provided this company with my feedback in two different places but after more than a month and several follow-ups, nobody from the management or customer care responded. My advice is to avoid this place by all means.

Just had my first ever root canal performed by Dr. Koch and his staff today. He joked with me that root canals get a bad rap and there wasn't really that much to it. He was right! In and out in 55 minutes and zero discomfort. Dr. Koch and Dr Glime and their entire staff provide their patients nothing but outstanding care. I hear so many people say they hate going to the dentist. They are going to the wrong dentists! Thank you Brian and your entire staff.
