The doctor damajed my jaw during my wisdom teeth removal and wont help and pretends like there is nothing wrong just ignoring my suffering, for your safety find a difrent surgeon

Today I removed 2 impacted wisdom tooth by iv sedation and let me tell you, Dr. Green is beyond great! He is OUTSTANDING! From the very first consultation (mind you, I've seen him twice for consultation due to how high my anxiety was anticipating the upcoming procedure) he's been nothing but compassionate and understanding. Today I was overly anxious and he took his time reassuring me and made sure I was calm. The BEST PART is that after coming home, he called personally to check on me to made sure I was ok and not in pain or bleeding. Dr. Green Remarkable!

My son's dentist referred us to this group suggesting he may need his 4 wisdom teeth removed. From the the first visit for consultation to post procedure check-up, Dr. Haspel and his office staff were incredible. They were Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My son recovered quickly and without complications. Highly recommend this group for any oral surgical procedures!

I rarely ever leave review but, after my experience with Dr.Green today I felt that it needed to be shared. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to anything dental related. The office staff was very caring and was very patient with me. I was having a tooth extraction with sedation. I have a history of severe nausea with any type of sedation. After the extraction and I was waking up, I became very nauseous and started throwing up. I have had many surgery's over the past few years and have never had a Doctor show has much compassion has he did. The office was busy, but he still took the time to come in and check and help the staff. I was very out of it and felt awful, but I will not forget how nice and calming his bedside manner was. This doctor held a puke bag for me that does not happen that often. He also called me a few hours later to see how I was feeling. I hope I do not need an oral surgeon again, but if I do I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Thank you so much for your kindness, you are great at what you do. Thank you to the rest of the staff you were all great and very helpful!

If they put you with Kaltman, RUN from this place. Did an implant that perforated the lingual plate and had to be removed. He knew it and tried to tell me he didn't, x-rays showed the truth. RUN.

Dr. Green even called me the next morning to make sure I was feeling well & to see if I had any additional questions. The entire staff is super nice! Barely any wait at all. Love this place! Highly recommend!

This facility is AMAZING! I had suffered from a root canal going bad. Of course it happened on a Friday, so I had suffered with the pain night and day for 4 consecutive days. I was delirious from being sleep deprived. I contacted Dr Strauss and was immediately scheduled to come in. The staff is very competent with everything from start to finish. Dr Strauss was professional and answered all questions that I had. They had me in and procedure done within 1 hour. Thank you-Thank you to everyone who made my experience with your office a pleasant one. I highly recommend if you need any extractions !!

My spouse was hospitalized with a severe oral infection following a previous wisdom tooth extraction. We went to our IN Network hospital emergency room and an oral consult was ordered by the hospital ER from this group. The oral surgeon was great, very knowledgeable and later performed successful surgery a couple days after being admitted. The billing practices of this group is what was very questionable and the reason for the negative review. After being discharged, we were later scheduled for a follow up appointment with the oral surgeon from this group. Upon arrival at this office, were were told that they were out of network and that we had an outstanding invoice for $1,300.00 and that they could take payment right there. We advised that our insurance covers the emergency services (verified with insurance) and even if out of network the group has to accept the insurance company's same agreement as the hospitals network providers. That is the law. I was getting ready to call the insurance company (very well known major company) when the receptionist all of a sudden advised that they hadn't even filed a claim yet with our insurance and that they would. This was over a week after discharge and all other claims were already processing. It was obvious to me at that point that they were hoping that we would just pay the $1,300.00 instead of what the insurance would pay them. They also know that balance billing is against the law in this situation so this is how they attempt to try and go around that. They eventually submitted a claim to the insurance and were paid by the insurance company. Unfortunately, this was not the end. They later sent us an additional bill for the initial consult of $200. Again, we contacted the insurance company and they stated that payment for this service was included in the original payment for the emergency consult and services. So, this was already paid and the subsequent claim was denied by the insurance company. Being that the additional bill was only for $200 and to avoid this group from damaging our credit if we didn't pay we decided to just go ahead and pay the $200 under protest. This was nothing more than a devious way to go around the laws of this state that protect us from this behavior from medical professionals. Insurance is already so very expensive and we pay these high insurance rates to protect us from the inflated billing practices in the medical field. I have since written a letter to my county commissioner regarding this unethical billing and experience with this group. Take my advice, do not pay anything to this group without confirming with your insurance that a claim was submitted. We obviously didn't have a choice with this consult being a hospital emergency situation but be certain that if we are ever in need of an oral surgeon it will not be with this organization.
