The staff we had in Marshall were amazing! Friendly, calming, and helpful. The staff we had in Willmar were pretty nice as well. It's always appreciated when the people helping you to feel better are kind, reassuring, and positive.

Absolutely atrocious. Surgery went fine, but after I was notified by my insurance that the claim was processed and the money was sent, it took 4 months and a lot of emails to finally get my check from Oral Facial PA

My 24 year old son was injured when the vehicle he was riding in was hit head-on by a drunk driver. He sustained extensive injuries to his mouth and face, which required his four front teeth to be removed and replaced with implants. It was a long process that involved bone grafting and upper jaw reconstruction, but Dr. Hughes and his team did an amazing job.

Rating 1 star because I didn't have the best encounters with the staff. I got all 4 wisdome teeth out and the girl who was putting my IV in missed my vein 3 different times. The same girl seemed as if she didn't know what she was doing. Kept asking other people questions on what she should be doing. My follow up after getting my wisdom teeth out was horrible Dr Hughes was very rude to me and made me feel stupid. I told him I couldn't see my sockets in my mouth and he made the comment "are you blind?" Very very rude Dr and staff.

I had a wisdom tooth extracted which, I had not been looking forward to. But Doctor Clark and his Assistant McKenzie did an amazing job. They were so thorough, explaining everything they were going to do and what to expect after the procedure was completed. They were also interested in me as a person. They took time prior to the procedure to ask about me, my family and my interests. The experience was painless and pleasant. I would recommend the Team at Oral Facial Surgery to anyone.

Dr. Hughes & his staff are friendly, efficient & I can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Hughes explains the process very thoroughly. My thanks for the dental implant.

I was referred to this dr. for a tooth extraction on a emergency basis and they refused to do anything for me without a telephone consultation 4 days later even with a referral and the doctor agreeing that it was best to get it done asap and now the office will not do anything at all for me, at this point I am questioning whether or not this is a real dental office. But everyone can make their own decisions about them but I think this office is only about the freaking cash and not the best interest of a patient. The whole staff is a bunch of INCOMPETENT FOOLS.

After my son suffered 2 abscessed teeth, they added him to the schedule, same day. We are grateful for the efficiency of service with all, from reception, business office, surgeon, and especially dental staff. They made our visit smooth, and less anxious all around. The education given before, during, and after surgery was excellent. No questions left behind when we left the building. Thank you again for amazing care in an emergent situation. My son has had no problems and recovering well since surgery.
