Called to do some appointment but costumer service was so bad. Why always belittling people without dental insurance? When people called and want something done, i think they are already prepared themselves for bills to pay specially when dental jobs are to far expensive.

During COVID-19 restrictions, I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. I wanted to have my parent in the recovery room with me so they could hear the instructions and so I would have someone I trust as I was recovering. This clinic allowed it and gave me the best post-op care I could have asked for. The nurses were excellent and the doctor was experienced and very kind. I would recommend this place to anyone.

With 2 weeks to go for my dental insurance to start, I had a cracked molar inflicting agonizing pain. The staff at Oral Facial Surgery were able to get me in with the surgeon for an extraction right away and worked out a payment solution I could manage. Everyone was very kind and helpful and the gums healed quickly and easily (despite my being a smoker). When an issue with my balance occurred, the staff continued to look for a resolution, even after I thought it was finished, to make sure everything was handled in the best way for everyone (including me!). Spectacular customer service and patient care, definitely recommend!
