Was treated on 8/16/22. Dr Ogledzki and staff was amazing. They made me comfortable from the time I walked in and walked out. Tho I was out of it . They kept talking to me through the procedure and was very comforting. I would definitely recommend them. Also... there was an error and they honored it without any problems . Great customer service and professionalism.10!

Extremely nice and professional staff. As someone who's deathly afraid of dentists, I finally found one that made me feel comfortable. I've tried at least 2 other oral surgeon/dentist locations here in Jacksonville and nothing compares. They took excellent care of me from start to finish and was very patient with me. They even called to check on me later in the day. I wish I could've found Dr. Rayner and his staff sooner. I will forever recommend this place.

Had to leave and cancel consult after being asked a SERIES of Covid related questions- like if we have been to "any gatherings with more than 10 people" or "been to eat at an indoor restaurant" or if I wear a mask while I shop? I was done after the questionnaire, asked to cancel - this place was not a good fit for us- THE MANDATES ARE LIFTED!

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Rayner and his amazing staff. They were extremely informative about the surgery and the post op instructions. They made me feel comfortable and the procedure went seamlessly. I would highly recommend this office to any of my friends or family. They were great!

If you need your wisdom teeth removed, this is the place to go! I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ogledzki and had a great experience. He patiently explained the process before the procedure and I was in little to no pain afterwards. The office is clean, there is hardly a wait time, and all of the staff is wonderful, especially Anne.

oct 2020.Marek J. Ogledzki, DMD, MD is an excellent oral surgeon. I was very anxious to get my tooth removed. The staff removed all worries...Amazing. I was so comfortable and calm then i fell asleep and woke up 30 min later and it was all done...no pain at all. This guy is great i cant say enough about him...very calm and polite. I am 57 and have had teeth removed from other dentist, but in my opinion, he is the best. If your worried like i was about a procedure...go to him.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rayner for oral surgery.Dr. Rayner and his staff were professional, friendly, and kind. The office itself is appealing, clean, and conveniently located. My daughter had four wisdom teeth removed at one time. Dr. Rayner made the experience as pleasant as possible. (I would recommend leaving any friends in the waiting area, as my daughter's friend fainted upon seeing the IV being removed from her arm). The follow up appointment was quick and painless.

I went to Dr. Rayner for my wisdom teeth removal, and I was beyond impressed by both Dr. Rayner and his staff! The staff was friendly and welcoming as soon as I entered their office. Before the surgery, Dr. Rayner went over all my questions and made sure to go over any concerns that I had. Before the surgery, the pre-op staff made me feel so comfortable and calm for the surgery. For the surgery, I did not feel a thing! If you are looking for an oral surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Rayner.

I had a tooth removed and replaced with an implant by Dr. Rayner and his team. They were all friendly, explained everything well, and let me know how much everything would cost up front. Scheduling was great because I have a varying work week and they were always available to help me. Would highly recommend.

I recently completed having 4 upper implants in order to allow for an implant supported upper denture, I have had a full upper denture for 20 years and what a difference this makes in comfort and the ability to chew.The entire staff at Oral Facial Surgery are fantastic and make you feel at ease and ensure that you fully understand what the procedure will entail. I would consider going nowhere else for implants or a complex dental procedure. If you are looking for "Teeth in a day" don't come here, if you are looking for an honest and straightforward evaluation/ professional opinion as well as an end result that you will be ecstatic then Doctor Raynor is the man to see.
