I saw them in December 2021 to get my wisdom teeth out. Paid $150 cash for initial consultation since they won't take your insurance for that first meeting. (It's basically not necessary, that's why the insurance won't pay for it.) I tried to set up an appointment to get wisdom teeth out, but was told they'd get back to me after checking with my physicians regarding some of the medications I was taking. I simply never heard back from them. Called them today and was told that since they hadn't seen me since they took my money in December 2021 that I would have to come back and do the initial consult again--$150. I was referred there by Dr. Steele who is top-notch. I have informed them of my issues and they indicated they would take it under consideration when recommending oral surgeons in the area in the future. I'm not impressed. Shiny facility, I wonder if they've done this before... EDIT--I see I've been called out by the business owner. While they are correct to assert that they never "treated" me, I did pay $150 for the initial consultation in preparation for treatment. They just never got around to treating me. Oddly, I informed them by telephone I would be posting this review on 8/22/22 and they all but laughed at me. Then, AFTER I placed the review, they called me back to try to schedule me for another visit. I made the followup appointment at 9/21/22 at 2:30pm with Dr. Burks. But proper risk management won't allow me to go under his knife after I left a bad review for his business. So once you figure out who I am and that I am actually a "patient", please, business-owner--take down your response. Also cancel my follow-up appointment. And if you dox me, I'll sue you for HIPAA civil infraction.

There are not enough stars to give this team for all their hardwork and the way they made me feel. When I called with questions, they answered me very promptly. As I am not going through the healing process, they have been there every step of the way. Surgery wasn't bad and I felt very minimum pain. Thank you Dr. Hastings for everything. This Staff Rocks

Had 3 wisdom teeth and a molar removed by Dr.Burks. I was extremely nervous since I had never been sedated or in any type of procedure like that previously, but it was truly the smoothest experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. They made me feel comfortable and within minutes of being called back I was totally out and what seemed like seconds later I was waking up with the procedure done. I have zero pain which I can only attribute to the skills of Dr.Burks. He even called me at 8:30pm the night of the operation, after what I'm assuming was a busy day, to make sure everything was going okay. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Dr. Burks and his team are absolutely terrific, they made my very comfortable and the procedure went flawlessly. I'm not usually a big fan of getting dental work done, but with the team of professional people and a caring orthopedic surgeon this experience was actually great.

It has been a little over a year I think and somehow I did not leave a review. I had an implant done by Dr.Bunel and I would do it again if I had to he explained everything great had a good sense of humor and that helped me. The staff and Dr. Bunel did a great job I had no problems everything went great and is still doing great. Thank you!!

This group of people personify professionalism, yet, they are warm and friendly. They quickly and with very little fuss turned my exam into an extraction appointment and thereby put me at far less risk for infections and pain. Throughout Dr. Burks and his staff were caring in their approach to my particular situation and efficient in dealing with it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful but their business practices are really shady. I went to my regular dentist with tooth pain. He had to refer me here because my tooth was fractured and would need oral surgery. So my appointment was the next day on a Friday. I thought I would be having the tooth extraction that day, but no, it was just a "consult" for $150 and she just looked in my mouth. I was in excruciating pain. But she said she just didn't have time that she was the only one there. So I couldn't get the surgery appt until Tuesday. So I went through the whole weekend in unbearable pain even with the pain meds. So I get to my appt Tuesday and she is running late so they asked if another Dr could do it instead. I said yes, I'm tired of waiting. So appt time was 1130 and I finally got got called back at about 1230p. Like I said, staff was super nice but I don't like the 3ay they don't do immediate surgery when you are in terrible pain.

I had surgery with Dr Legan. He had removed a broken tooth for me before so I knew how polite and professional he was. I wasn't disappointed this visit either. He and his assistant were both very thorough and made sure that I understood the procedure before being put to sleep. I had no problems. Dr Legan called that evening to see how I was doing and to make sure that I didn't need anything. It is expensive but I highly recommend their office. Staff was also wonderful .

I had Dr. Legan. The Dr was very polite. There have been no complications after the surgery. However, upon waking up after having my top two wisdom teeth removed I was already lucid. I immediately could feel some pain in my mouth. Not to mention they had me restrained so I had to sit there and wait for someone to come let me out. By the time I made it to the car I had a slight headache with the pain increasing. Before I could even make it home I had a massive headache and my entire jaw was hurting so bad. I only live about 25 minutes from the office. When I had my bottom two removed I did not feel a thing and was able to make it home before I even needed to take pain medicine. I am very displeased with the entire experience. I arrived a 9:00am with my appointment at 9:30. I checked in and took a seat. I did not see a single person at the front office desk until 10:05. Not only did I have to wait without anyone to answer my questions but I woke up in pain and had to make it home before being able to have any relief from the pain. The nurses seemed tense and stressed because they were obviously rushing around.

Just had a tooth pulled and implant. Dr Bunel and staff are awesome. I have no pain after the procedure

Don't schedule times for surgery then have patients wait in waiting room 45 minutes past time for appointment! And it's always at least a 30 minute wait. Longest has been close to an hour.

Besides waiting an hour and a half after my appointment time with no communication from their staff explaining their delay. Their tech was disrespectful and unprofessional , showing no understanding of appropriate bedside manner or business ethics. Medical equipment which would make direct contact with mucous membranes was laying fully exposed on a dirty floor. The experience was so bad that I walked out only to have them call me and apologize for the delay and ask me to come back - If they truly cared they would have simply communicated in a professional manner instead of treating the customer like trash. Wont be going back and I will make it a point to let others how they like to treat their patients.

My 8yr old daughter was seen the same week I called to make her an appointment by Dr. Duke. She had an impacted tooth that needed extracted. He answered all of our questions and made sure she understood the procedure before we left. I loved how he addressed her concerns as well and not just mine as the parent. 2 weeks later she had her surgery. The staff was very friendly and helped me find a pharmacy with fast service since were from out of state. They also made sure my daughter was okay from the anesthesia before we left. During the evening Dr. Duke called to check on her. That alone tells me he's a great doctor who cares! I would highly recommend Dr. Duke at Oral and Facial Surgery of Northeast Texas. **I did not catch the ladys name but It was said my insurance would not cover all so I did have to pay for the visit and was told total due for procedure. The lady let me know if insurance covers more they will refund me, if less they would bill me. I did not ask any further questions about a payment plan. The price seemed rather reasonable.

Great Dr. He fixed my broken jaw. Very nice guy and does awesome work. He really cares about his patients.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed in early April by Dr. Hastings and she did WONDERFUL! I was so afraid of doing the surgery and the recovery process but she made everything go smoothly and perfectly! I had so many questions and she answered every one of them and never made it feel like a burden or an annoyance to her. Not that I'd ever like to have dental surgery again but if I do I will definitely go back to her! Also, to add the receptionists are all so nice and worked with me after multiple appointment changes for the consultation due to covid and personal matters. Thank you all so much from consultation, to surgery, to check up you all rock!!

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and professional. My recent oral surgery went smoothly with no complications. Dr. Bunel completely explained everything to be done and has great "bedside manner". He even called the evening of my surgery to check on me! I really appreciated that! I just had another procedure done this year(2020), it went smoothly again and I've had zero difficulty. The staff is great and I thought Dr. Bunel was excellent in all areas. He called again the evening of my surgery to check on me. I love that!
