Dr. Heiner and his staff are remarkable! I have had many dental procedures to correct problems from an athletic accident and every appointment has been outstanding. Dr. Heiner's "bedside manner" cannot be beaten and his staff is so amazing!! I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing oral and facial surgery.

I had a 5-star experience with Dr. Heiner and his staff. The office and doctor are extremely efficient and caring with their patients. I had an implant and bone graft, which were painless (thank goodness!), and the staff know exactly how to assist the dentist -- therefore, the procedures didn't last much beyond 45 minutes. Highly recommend!!

This is my 4th visit to Dr. Heiner's office. Each time the staff had been very professional and friendly. Dr. Heiner makes you feel comfortable during your procedure and very professional. I highly recommend his office!

My son was seen for all wisdom teeth extraction. His evaluation was booked within a week and surgery was scheduled within a month. We received educational videos prior to the procedure to let him know exactly what was going to happen and how to care for himself following. On the day surgery there were no issues. Follow up instructions were excellent and they answered our questions quickly following the procedure. He was back to school and sports the following weeklong without issue. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you Dr. Heiner and staff for all you do.

My dentist referred me to Dr Heiner to handle my having had a tooth removed with a lack of bone remaining in the upper jaw from whence it came. After getting the 3D X-Ray, Dr Heiner explained that I had two options - to either sacrifice the adjacent (normal) tooth and later insert a post to allow for a bridge, or to cut into the gum and breach the sinus, which he said would be a bit messier as it were. I selected door #1, and when i went in for the procedure itself it went quickly and, surprisingly enough, rather painlessly. Numbing agent applied, a few minutes later the anesthetic shot(s) (which I hardly felt thanks to the numbing agent first applied), and then what must have been less than 10 minutes for the extraction itself. Even post-op, I only used one pain pill that night (and really, just to ensure I wouldn't wake up in pain) - now I wait a few months for stage two.

My recent visit to Dr. Bryce Heiner was my third experience with him. I have had 4 implants, 2 occurring on one visit. He is very experienced, has a great, compassionate manner, and performs the entire process with surprising swiftness. His staff members are very engaging and knowledgeable. It could not have gone better.

After the scheduling of my removal of wisdom teeth which was 2 all I could think about was the bad and scary parts then it finally came the day of my surgery which was today I was so nervous and thinking to my self I can't do this but as soon as it was my surgery right from when they called me to the operating room made me feel safe aand welcomed and reassured me evreything would be ok. As soon as Dr. Heiner came in to the room I said in my mind here we go but before I knew it he was done and I was like what? were done and he said yep were done it was fast and easy and I did not feel anything and I was awake during the surgery just laughing gas and of corse being numb if you need your wisdom teeth out I recommend you come here because Dr. Heiner is an amzing Dotor and so is the staff. Thank you to the people who helped me and made me feel safe during my surgery, if I could I would give it 10 stars.

You are told up front what the price will be, and they run on time. For having wisdom teeth removed, I think it was the best experience my son could have had.

Everyone at the office was very kind and accommodating. My surgery was fast and seemed to go well. My recovery went smoothly and the office staff answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend.

The best dental practice I have had the privilege of being a patient for. The staff were very friendly, professional, and caring. The Doctor was phenomenal. My wisdom teeth surgery, as well as my recovery, had absolutely no issues. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
