Caring staff, gentle staff. Its quite, very clean. Dr. Tate is super smart. Highly recommend. And very affordable for people without insurance.

Fantastic service the surgery was quick and painless. The staff was super friendly and efficient. Had my wisdom teeth removed and was feeling amazing right after the surgery. I would 100% recommended.

I went in for the removal of a broken tooth. You don't normally use the word "pleasant" when describing the removal of a tooth, but that is the word that comes to mind about my visit. Dr. Tate and his staff were warm, friendly and professional. Even the injection for the anaesthesia was not bad at all. The procedure was over in just a few minutes, I was given instructions on what to expect and how to treat the area. Follow ups were comprehensive and I could tell they were very interested in my comfort, answered questions and were patient with me. I can't recommend them high enough.

I went there for the first time since i had my wisdom tooth bothering me for fw months already.Same day Dr Tatte got it pulled out.It went really well and healed faster than i expected.I took only aspirin for one day or 2.And thats it!

What an easy and nearly painless experience! Dr. Tate took his time explaining everything to me and the surgery went great. Then I got a dry socket a few days later and so Dr. Tate met me at the office on a Saturday and took care of it. The staff was also very nice! I would recommend Dr. Tate to anyone who needs oral surgery in Nacogdoches or Lufkin.

Had one wisdom tooth removed awhile back with Dr.hurst and it was great healed fast had 2 more removed 5 days ago from Dr. Tate and it was horrible I'm still in pain went back in he says nothing is wrong won't call in antibiotics or pain meds I paid 1,040$ for this they wouldn't even contact my insurance prior to the appt so now I'm waiting for reimbursement for the part the insurance will cover unless I can see dr hurst I will never be back after all this

I'm very unhappy for my procedure I was assured I would be asleep and not feel anything. I felt everything and I could even hear Doctor Tate speaking. I'm very disappointed

No pain meds or antibiotic prescription after wisdom teeth removed? My son is misable. They'll call back, they said. This is not good!

The doctor and staff were all nice and everything went smoothly. My only problem is with the price. I think I paid about double what it would have cost me somewhere else. I should have checked around instead of assuming his rates were competitive. If you are not on a budget, this is a great place to go.

Dr Hurst and staff are awesome. This was for my daughter, but he made me feel just as comfortable. Came out the day of surgery just to say hi and ensure everything would be fine. He even called after work to make sure my daughter was fine and to give me his cell just in case we had questions or issues. Had an awful experience with a surgeon prior and I hate we were not referred to him sooner. My daughter loved the great care shown by all.
