Takes 3 months just for one appointment and they expect you to remember it like it was yesterday . I admit , I'm a busy man . But you can't get mad at people for rescheduling whenever you take MONTHS for one appointment. However , I found somewhere else that can get me in much faster ! Don't go here !

The most amazing staff & doctors! They know their stuff & are very knowledgeable on everything. If yiu have questions they let you ask. Whenever you have a surgery they definitely make yiu feel comfortable & not nervous. I Love the ladies at the front desk & the sleepy doc that put me to sleep . Thank you all for helping me.

Fast and friendly service. Procedure was explained all the way from start to finish about what he was doing. Take home instructions explained well. Best of all painless (and believe me I get anxiety real quick). Thanks.

Everyone was nice. Not real talkative. I talk when I'm nervous. Just need someone to converse with me so I'm not quite so nervous. My appointment was for an hour before I was asked to go back. So I waited a while. But really everything was good. People were good. Seemed like they knew what they were doing. All and all it was a pretty good experience. Compared to what I have been through.

The staff was super nice! They were able to schedule my surgery quickly and in the time frame that I had off from work. I've never had a better experience at the dentist!

Very welcoming. The staff is very nice, the office wasn't overly crowded, the doctor was very nice and explained things well so I could understand properly what it is that I will be having done. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely the best dental surgeon around! Impeccably clean facilities, staff is so kind and courteous and seem sincerely ecstatic to go above and beyond to keep you comfortable and safe! I went in basically in tears I was so scared but they took care of me! I am writing this review literally like an hour after my wisdom teeth removal! Absolute pros and just all around awesome people! Can't recommend highly enough!

Everyone really was very personable and kind. After a terrible childhood incident, I've been very uneasy with dentists. With that said, I was able to relax and breathe. I believe a lot of that had to do with the staff and Dr. Musser. My experience really was pain-free and timely. I would go back and recommend.

This is not a good review. I am actually still in shock 5 days after my fiance had his remaining 25 teeth removed because of the way he was wheeled out to me. The procedure only took 30 min but when he was brought out he was covered in blood and his healing dentures were half hanging out of his mouth. The dentures had been shoved in there with no gauze and blood was pouring from his mouth with absolutely no protection from the flow, he was still pretty out of it but was still crying out in so much agony that I was hysterical on the drive home. It was disturbing to see the carelessness in which he was treated, the lady who wheeled him out couldn't care less that he was in pain and didn't even tell us right away he had prescribed pain medicine. This place needs to think about letting people coming out from anesthesia have time to not only fully wake up, but to have help with placing the gauze and dentures instead of wheeling them out with such haste. I will NEVER EVER let someone I love go here EVER AGAIN! I will never recommend this place and will do everything I can to spread word about the poor treatment of the people who go here. Please Please don't send your loved ones here!

This location by j mall was not only amazing and understanding to my daughters worries and nervousness they treated my husband and her w respect and were extremely polite. We are waiting for insurance to schedule. Now on the other HAND I would NEVER RECOMMEND the evergreen location. We originally started there and went to the consult and then scheduled our daughter for surgery once insurance approved. When we went for the consultation the women behind the counter was extremely rude out of the gate, spoke down to me and had no manners whatsoever. I still continued to be polite my daughter who is 9 asked why was she being so rude. I as a stay at home mom usually keep our calendar completely together. I wrote her surgery day down for a Tuesday not the Monday, Yes I received a confirmation text the Monday prior but thought nothing of it because I had 5 other appointments for my daughters that week. ( YES I made a mistake) never in my life have I ever felt like I was worthless to society like I did that day. I had missed their call and called back 2 hours after the scheduled surgery and was spoken to w no understanding or compassion. NEVER have I ever experienced that in my life! Come to find out that their staff has horrible bedside manners especially if your on passport insurance. I was talked to as If I purposely wasted their time and I have no respect for our appointment. I apologized multiple times and stated l had written down Tuesday not Monday and she said well that's impossible bc your doctor would have been a different doctor so i don't know what to say. Here's the kicker when I went to my spin class there were multiple mothers who have experienced the same level of disrespect and talking down too! Knew exactly who I was speaking about and told me it was an honest mistake and those happen reassuring me it was ok! Long story short it was a blessing in disguise. I am thankful that this other location was available to us. They were respectful caring and understanding they explained everything to us and what was to be expected with surgery. Both her father and I needed to be there and if she wasn't comfortable they wouldn't force her to do it ( where other location told us nothing )

This place is phenomenal! I was nervous about going but they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Would highly recommend for all oral procedures.
