Excellent care! Had tooth extraction- Dr Frye even called me before I got home and the next day to see how I was doing. All office staff very nice and professional! Definitely the place to go! Had 1 hr 15 min drive and we'll worth it!

I recently had a large molar removed by Dr Frey. The entire staff was cordial yet very professional. I was told what my share of the cost would be based on my insurance with payments over next few months. The doctor said the tooth was wedged against a wisdom tooth still inside gum but with some care would come out intact. It did. With a little NO2 , I experienced no discomfort whatsoever. Good job everyone ! no discomfort whatsoever

I had to have a tooth removed by Dr. Masonbrink and he was wonderful. But about a month later, I had to go back to him to have bone removed & smoothed out. I was in so much I couldn't take it. He prescribed a pain medication for me to take. I told the front office girl to send the script to CVS down the road. Then I find out it's a 2 hour wait there to get the script and I live an hour away. So I called the office back and asked them to send the script to the CVS where I live. They refused to send it there. The office ladies were the RUDEST staff I have ever had to communicate with in my life!!! Because they wouldn't send the script to the CVS in my town, I had to drive an hour to pick up the prescription! To make someone do such a thing is terrible knowing how much pain I was in!!! The oral surgeon is great but his office staff is loud while you are getting your treatment. You can hear them talking about personal things. Then on top of that, they are RUDE when you have an issue! I will never go back to this office!! They lost a referral I was going to send them and possibly another. Dr Masonbrink should know how the office staff treated me to ensure they don't treat others this way!

I was in for a tooth extraction and saw Dr. Masonbrink. 10/10 recommend, he answered any/all the questions I had and overall the procedure was perfectly smooth & quick. If I need anything else this is definitely the place I will be going!

Very nice dentist and is a master at what he does. I am editing my original review. I saw Dr. Frey yesterday 08/29/22 and the service was amazing. I had to have a tooth extracted. It was a complicated one that my normal dentist felt he needed to handle. Dr. Frey had me numbed up, gassed up and that tooth out in exactly 20 minutes. He even called to check on me last night. Today I am in very little pain. Just a little soreness. Customer server was excellent and professional. Honestly I don't think you can get any better than that.

Smelzer removed my wisdom teeth 2 months ago and after prescribing me three rounds of antibiotics I still have infection coming out of my left upper socket along with horrible sinus pressure and pain around my left eye. Also developed a sore on the outside wall of my bottom left socket where bone is now exposed. I wouldn't wish this pain on my worst enemy. It took until my final follow up after my third round of antibiotics for him to finally tell me what was going on. He perforated my sinus wall on both sides but only repaired my right side because he didn't notice the other side was perforated and told me this was a high risk with my age. He could've told me that before the surgery since i just needed my bottom left out and he recommended getting the top out while they had me under... AVOID THIS SURGEON AT ALL COSTS!!!

My first impression of this place wasn't great, I thought about canceling my appointment multiple times after meeting with dr. Frey and also reading the reviews. I thought he was rude and didn't want to answer my questions but when I came in the following couple weeks to get my wisdom teeth removed, it was a whole different experience. He was super friendly, cracking jokes and the staff were really nice as well. It's been 5 days after my surgery and I feel great and they made me feel so comfortable.

Dr. Frey and the staff were wonderful. He took his time and answered all the questions my son had. He called on a Saturday and again on Sunday to follow up after wisdom tooth extraction. That is impressive! His nurse was great too! Scheduling was fast and accommodating. . I highly recommend.

Had a consultation today. Was a little nervous reading the reviews, now not sure if we went to the same place. Dr Frey, was extremely nice, educational, answered questions and concerns, and even asked if I had any other questions. No judgmental attitude, just kind and super helpful, went over the entire process with me. The staff was on top of it and super friendly as well. He did tap my tooth with a qtip though, but its a qtip, it didn't hurt. Pretty sure if did, that would mean there is something else going on. So far I would recommend this practice. Edit: Surgery went great. For being so scared and nervous, they did an excellent job. I don't think it could of went better.

Then my surgery day was such a breeze, they made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was taken care of. Post surgery, the doctor reached out to me multiple times just to check in and answered any questions I had. They really care about their patients here. The staff was also very professional. Got me schedules great and broke down the cost and insurance accurate.

If you have a child scared of the dentist, not the best place to go, he doesn't choose his words wisely and is very blunt. I know some people are like that, but when dealing with scared children, who are terrified of dentists and shots...wording of things need to be thought of. We had to go back to our normal pediatrician dentist for our child's tooth extraction as it is 24 hours prior and she is already crying and terrified, and Dr Freys office isn't sympathetic at all, must really need his money, says ok...you still get a $75 charge for not canceling within 48 hours. But I guess $75 dollars is worth my child not being stressed and upset...

If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Worst dental experience I've ever had. Wisdom tooth and part of another removed 2 weeks ago and still in A LOT of pain! They've packed it 3 times already and it is still not right. The doctors have shown no concern for the ongoing pain. At this practice you are a file number, not a patient. I will not return and will express how I've been treated to anyone needing oral surgery, in person as well as on social media. AVOID THIS PLACE! FIND A DIFFERENT PRACTICE IF YOU REQUIRE ORAL SURGERY!!!!

I want to sayTHANK YOU for excellent care ! The office ladies were all super helpful ! Dr. Frey did an outstanding job with my lil Crohn's guy - he had definitely not an easy procedure and all went so well !!! My daughter and my son went back to back on the same day and we got great medication and great after care - Dr. Frey's personal call to follow up just made it even more clear that the above rating is not justified! 5 stars from my kids and myself . Thank you!

I Knocked both my front teeth out after i fell off a latter ! Dr Frey was great! He called me at night hours after the implement surgery to make sure i was ok! Never want to have to have implants again . But if i did i would go back to him!!!

Every interaction with Dr. Frey, Marysville office staff, and central scheduling were enjoyable and relaxing. I had my wisdom teeth removed and a tooth exposed with ease! Prescribed medication was helpful and received a personal call from Dr. Frey to ensure everything went well later that same day! He is well known in Marysville for oral surgery and should be! He gives you the best outcome for the price and recovery!
