They staff was kind and courteous and the staff and surgeon answered all of my questions during my surgical consult. I had an impacted wisdom tooth removed and the procedure was quick. I was a little anxious about the surgery, but the staff and surgeon put me at ease. Recovery isn't fun, but they provided me with all of the necessary information for how to have a healthy recovery and provided me with a nice recovery kit and medication.

Had a consult with Dr, Chacon and he's great so far. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend services there. But I have not gone through my jaw surgery yet, but once I do, I will write a review. Right now I would give them a 5 to start. Hope things continue to go well.

I had a wisdom teeth removal and the whole process from start to finish went very well. The consultation was very clear, as well as the aftercare. The Dr. Swanson was great and personally called me after my procedure to see how I was doing.

I recommend Oral & Facial Surgery. I had a tooth extraction a few months ago that went well. My husband has to have a tooth extracted. He has Alzheimer's and was treated very kindly. Very highly recommend

First time here, and everyone was great! They were very efficient, and Dr Chacon was great to my kid which is the only thing that matters to me. I'm feeling very confident that when we head back in for his (all 4) wisdom teeth removal, everything will go great.

I can't say enough positive things about everyone I met at Dr. Chacon's office~ from the front desk staff, to Wendy, who handles billing/insurance, to Dr. Chacon, himself and Jessica, his assistant! They were all very caring, patient with me and my questions and you have the feeling that they genuinely care about what they do, and about you, their patient; both your comfort and giving you the best quality care in addressing your particular needs is their priority. I will be recommending Dr. Chacon to all of my friends & anyone else searching for a great Oral Surgeon! FYI: Under Gen. Anesthesia, I had removal of the few remaining upper & lower teeth & shards of imbedded teeth, abrasion of bony ridges, as well as tumors removed from my jaw for biopsy; no simple procedure of a few teeth extractions.

Super fast and friendly service. Everyone was was concerned with comfort and ensured understanding. I didn't sit in a room all alone for more than 2 minutes at any time like often happens at doctors offices.

The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and never made me feel worried or anxious prior to the procedure. I was comfortable and never doubted that I wasn't in good hands under anesthesia. The entire process was smooth, easy, and on-time! Dr. Chacon is amazing!
