We had a pre op visit for removal of wisdom teeth and the office staff and Dr. Bays were all very kind. They said they would turn it in to our insurance and wanted over $600.00 prior to the surgery. After surgery they walked my daughter out to the car without any consult from the doctor. I got a bill for than more than $3900.00 and told my insurance was out of network. They should have told me that on the first visit, and I would have gone to an in network provider.

I went for a consultation last week at this office in while the doctor was nice, the front desk lady was terrible! If this was my practice I would want the the customer to be welcomed by someone friendly and courteous, this woman was rude, Not only to me but to the person she was speaking to on the phone. After she got off the phone she made a comment that it wasn't her job to call the insurance company for the customer, then laughed about it. So unprofessional!

Absolutely love Dr. Bays! He is very easy to talk to and told me everything I needed to know about my procedure and aftercare. 10/10 recommend!

I had three teeth extracted today, two wisdom teeth and a tooth that was damaged due to one of the wisdom teeth. My care was exceptional. Connie was my nurse and she was very kind and took great care of me. Dr. Burnett was so kind during my consult and again today, assuring me he would keep me pain free and get me taken care of. He followed through on that promise. While Amanda up front is a bit brash, she wasn't hateful or mean. I would highly recommend Dr. Burnett and his team to take care of any issues you may have that your regular dentist can't address.

Not a very good bedside manner, chaotic at beginning of sedation and didn't prescribe any pain medication after three teeth pulled.

Had to have two teeth extracted, was very nervous about having it done. But went to Oral & Facial Surgery. Meet with Dr Bay who made me feel very comfortable, very easy to talk to. He had a professional but laid back way about him that made me feel way less stressed about having it done. The surgery went very well no problems at all. The staff was friendly and attentive. Would recommend to anyone needing this done to check them out.

I went in for a consultation and did not have a pleasant experience. The lady behind the front desk wasn't friendly, smiley, or welcoming. My first nurse/tech wreaked of cigarette smoke. When I went back down to receive my quote with insurance, the lady informed me there was a $90 consultation fee I needed to pay. I told her no one informed me of that when I made the appointment and I didn't have the funds. She then told me, "Well, I can bill your insurance and send you a bill for anything leftover." Shouldn't they be billing my insurance first, regardless? Had I been informed of the fee I wouldn't have even scheduled the appointment. Two stars because the facility was clean and Dr. Bays was friendly.

Very positive experience with Dr. Burnett and his excellent staff. Was taken in promptly for my appointment and the procedure I needed was clearly explained. When I returned for the surgery, once again I was attended promptly and the staff was so cheerful and well organized. They were efficient and again answered all my questions, and Dr. Barnett explained each step of my procedure as he was working & checked on my comfort often. If you need an oral surgeon, I recommend Dr. Bradley Burnett.

I was extremely impressed with the doctor. I have anxiety and he made me feel so much at ease. He did a fabulous job. The nurses were all great. Everyone was very nice and explained everything they were doing. I highly recommend this facility!

Ended up at this office as a 2nd option, should of went here first. Very professional, educated , helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!!! Thanks to Dr. Bays and all.the staff for fixing my dad.

LOVE LOVE LOVE DR BURNETT. He did my wisdom teeth, WAS AMAZING, and was very nice. I loved the techs they have! My S/O has been in and is about to have his done by Burnett, and the lady in the front window of the office is GOD AWFUL. She is rude, and never smiles and has a know it all attitude. I think I would be a better associate than her. I can name many people who could do much better. Find some better options for a front desk/window person please, it makes me not even want to come in there. But LOVE Dr.Burnett!
