The whole experience of tooth removal for my son was good. The out of pocket cost was very reasonable. I gladly recommend Dr Hawkins for oral sugery.

I put off getting my left side wisdom teeth out due to a horrible experience on the right side somewhere else. Then finally had them removed by Dr. Jensen and i couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went. I highly recommend this place! The staff is amazing and also got some chapsticks that are probably the best ever!

I put off getting my wisdom teeth out for pretty much 20 years and finally had them removed by Dr. Jensen (and team). I could not be happier with the experience. You go in, sit down, they answer any questions, they give you anesthesia, you take a nap, and you wake up with the procedure complete. It couldn't have been easier. I am experiencing barely any discomfort during my recovery period as well. I wish I got the names of the other nurses / staff that assisted because they were excellent too. I highly recommend this place!

The Docs may be great, but the office staff aren't even smart enough to pick up a telephone to confirm that necessary forms that were sent by email were received! Which in my family's case weren't which absolutely screwed ya over. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're paying cash!!!

I came here yesterday to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I was very nervous, but every member of the staff was super kind and outgoing! I was also scared that recovery would be awful, but I've followed all directions closely so far and I have minimal discomfort. I traveled a little over an hour just to come here & would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you all, again!

Dr.Jensen is amazing . He's done wisdom teeth extractions on 2 of my kids. Very personable,professional and caring . Highly recommend.

I was terrified coming in to get my wisdom teeth out. But the staff were very friendly. And it was very quick too. I got in the room, the doctor came in a few minutes later, and he and the nurse talked me through what to expect. I got anesthesia and didn't have any pain. I don't really remember anything until I got back home. I had no pain the rest of the day. I'm now on day 2 and still barely have any pain.

Very nice staff, I needed to get in right away. They were able to get me in that day. I felt very comfortable and safe there. I was explained on what they were doing and gave instructions after. For my tooth extraction the price was lower than I expected. Thank you to Gina for getting me in so quickly.

I brought two of my children to get their wisdom teeth out here after recommendation from their dentist. The staff was professional and kind, but I was very disappointed to see all of the reception staff and even one of the nurses wearing their masks around their chins. This was extra frustrating because I was made to wait in my car (obviously a covid protocol) when the waiting room was empty and all of those unmasked faces were sitting behind the counter....

I went for a jaw surgery consultation. By far the most friendly and welcoming staff. I had previously had consultations w other jaw surgeons in Rockford at other facilities and had had bad experiences. Dr. Hawkins made me feel very comfortable, and was very thorough w everything!

An amazing experience, everyone was really polite and professional. They explained in detail what they were going to and the after care instructions, they also sent me home with papers stating what they told me. When I was done they took good care of me to make sure I had everything I brought in, got me out to my car safely and explained everything to my driver as well. They were amazing. If I ever need another extraction etc I will definitely be returning

Ashley was super helpful with setting the appointment getting the insurance submitted and letting us know the cost ahead of time there was no surprises when we got to the appointment. Shannon was very caring went over the entire procedure and all after care instructions she made sure we knew what to expect once we got home. The doctor called to check on my daughter a few hours later I have never had that happen after a procedure asked about her pain level and if there was any questions. Overall was a great experience easy process and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend.

I had been putting off getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed because I was terrified of dentists and had heard horror story after horror story from others who had gone elsewhere. This experience was the BEST dental experience I have ever had including deep cleanings, cavities being filled and a root canal. The staff is extremely professional and yet still kind and attentive. I experience absolutely no discomfort during my procedure or during recovery and the ladies made sure that I had all my questions answered before and after the procedure. I could not recommend this office and Dr. Hawkins enough.

I had a previous experience with oral surgery elsewhere that made me very nervous to go through the process again, however I was beyond presently surprised by a very professional and low pain each recovery experience! I highly recommend oral & facial surgery center!

I am 55?with chronic back pain from an injury last year in which I can't even stand up straight when it's really really bad and also have chronic pain from a leg amputation 10 years ago! So I was not looking forward to this. But I have to say my first impression wasn't super great, first the receptionist noticed I had a light pink gel over my own nails and complimented me but then said she forgot that that patients can't have anything on their nail. Well to sum it up, I had already talked to someone about this when I had prepped questions and they said no problem. So ok. Good. Then I talked to first nurse about pain treatment and that with pain everyday from these other severe issues everyday I was concerned. She was just so laid back about it. No you'll probably get something like a Tylenol or something and no we don't give u r packs out to take for the ride home. So I shared the feeling I had that it was so nochalant about it. She, Dr.Hawkins took a long time to talk to me about it and it was REFRESHING to have a dr who cares!!! And listens!!!! I would highly recommend this office and I have sent ppl here already! BEWARE acrylic nails no matter how thin and clear are not allowed due to the density of the material. The sensor needs to send light waves thru and it can't. Best wishes! I'm doing great day after!!! I had 5 teeth pulled! Very happy with this dr!
