Came to the Dr. Philips location this morning for a consult for my son. When I made the appointment over a week ago, I was told to come in at 9:10. We arrived at 9 and the receptionist took our information and said he would get called back soon. It is now 10:18 and we are still waiting. I asked the front desk what the hold up is and it seems like a lot of excuses (first two patients took longer than expected...yada yada). If you want to wait forever to see the doctor, come to this location. My suggestion is to try the Kissimmee location, as I've been there before and it was nothing like this. I can't comment on the doctor, as we have yet to see him. Oh wait, just got called in. Let's see what I think of the doctor.

Pain free extraction! Easier than expected. Have not had an extraction since I was a child and did not know what to expect! Everyone was so nice!

I had a wonderful experience at Oral and Facial Surgery Center . Everyone was very helpful and pleasant and friendly. They walk me through everything. From the front staff to clinical staff amazing ! I want to thank all of you for everything! Dr.Levine thank you so much !

My experience has always been very good. The staff are helpful and courteous. Dr. Ydrach is gentle and efficient, and good at providing information on the procedures.

Everything was done professionally and carefully. The staff were very kind. I gave it four stars only because nobody ever called back to check on me and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to follow up.

I recommend it! It all went very well! You have two appointments . One for evaluation and the other is surgery. Believe me it's a process you're gonna enjoy. They're the best. They speak Spanish too. I feel like I miss that team, make me feel like a family really. Yhuvier Vazquez

Dr. Levine and team made the impossible happen. Replacing a tooth that had been missing for over 30 years and making it look more natural than the original one. They addressed every concern and were always a phone call away when I had a question or needed anything. I would not hesitate to go to them again! They were amazing! They truly gave me my smile back!!!

Literally the only medical place I've gone to and didn't wait 30+ minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Efficiency 10/10. Need I say more? Probably not, but I will. Super nice staff. Made my wisdom tooth extraction an absolute breeze!

What an amazing facility. The staff are kind and caring. My procedure took only 20 mins. Totally professional, everything was explained in detail, even got a text an hour out giving traffic conditions. Cannot thank all the team enough.

Such a great staff. Everyone here is so kind. From the receptionists, to the doctor, to the anesthesiologist. Everyone here is so welcoming, informative, and helpful. This was the best doctor experience I've ever had.
