Dr. Nathan Adams and his highly competent, kind staff made removal of my wisdom tooth a breeze. They used conscious sedation by IV and when I woke up, my tooth was gone! Talk about an easy major dental surgery. I have experienced minimal pain or swelling in the 3 days post surgery. I highly recommend Oral & Facial Reconstructive Surgeons of Utah!

Dr Adams and his wonderful nurses are great especially for an anxious patient. And I don't mean a somewhat anxious patient - I mean one that is a hypochondriac, crying every night for the three days before surgery and holding back tears in the operating room. If you've chosen to get your wisdom teeth out with Dr Adams you've made the right choice. He answered my questions and assured me he would do anything to keep me safe and the operation, though I had all 4 full grown impacted wisdom teeth, went just fine. Don't be turned off by the sometimes rude office staff, seeing Dr Adams was well worth it. He and the nurses bent over backwards for me and my anxiety. I also got a warm blanket, laughing gas, and numbing spray for the IV. These are true professionals and I am just so greatful.

Dr. Gladwell and his staff were amazing to work with! I needed my wisdom teeth removed, and they made the entire process so easy to handle. Would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Adam's & his nurse was so great. They took out a tooth, Dr Adam's made very sure I was numb & feeling no pain.. They were very concerned through the procedure, checking on me. The folks at oral & facial surgery is just Awesome. Thanks for being so caring. Helen M

Dr. Adams is amazing! In addition to his exceptional clinical care and compassion, Dr. Adams did a fabulous job of connecting with my teenage son and engaging him in the conversation! From convenient appointment times, to friendly staff, to office procedures that made us feel comfortable and safe - this practice gets "5 Stars" all the way around.

Dr Gladwell is a Badass....he is straight forward and upfront about everything that is going on, the moment I met him I knew he was the guy I was going to have do my wisdom Teeth. He explained everything and on the day of my surgery he joked with me and made me feel comfortable. The front office Ladies and back nurses(one was a talker but I loved it, helped me feel better about everything)were great...Dr Gladwell even called me later after surgery so see how I was feeling and to answer any questions I had....I would highly recommend him and his team to anybody that needs wisdom teeth Surgery...Thank you so much!!!!!!

Very unprofessional. Infected both teeth they were pulling out and could not deal with inability to use antibiotics. Would not recommend them.

I was so sad and scary when I knew that I had to remove my wisdom teeth,because this was my first surgery and I don't have dental insurance. After searching the best oral surgeries in SLC,I found this organization is on the top rank of the review page. So I sent some emails to them to tell my concerns, and they gave the answers what I needed, very helpful! Just last Friday, I finally done my oral surgery with them, the process was perfectly and the price is very reasonable without insurance. Thanks for your patience and help.

I love this office. So, so good! I went here and so did my daughter. Very professional and skilled office with doctors that make you feel like family. Really concerned about the whole person when formulating a treatment plan. 100% would go there again.

Update: Dr. Gladwell called me himself very shortly after posting this review. I was very pleased to hear from him, as he was trying to fix my bad experience and took ownership of everything that had happened. This was the type of customer service I expected based on who I got the recommendation from. I have thus changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars, as I truly believe that this is what to expect from him and I just had an unfortunate experience that he fixed upon being informed about the issues. Went here two months ago and will not be going back and would not recommend it to anyone based on my experience. When I arrived, there were no precautions for COVID in place, as I was forced to sit across from an elderly man in the lobby with no face mask. Upon meeting Dr. Gladwell, he proceeded to take his face mask off in the room with me to talk to me. I expect much better from people that have a "scientific" degree. On top of the lack of precautions, I was told I would be receiving a call back to go over pricing after they contacted my insurance and schedule an appointment. I waited 3 weeks for a call and then decided to call them where they told me the lady would call me back. Here I am over a month later and I receive my bill for my first visit, but have not received a call about pricing as promised twice now. So whether you are looking for a safe environment or good customer service, this is not the place to go...

BEST ORAL SURGEON EVER!!! I brought my 16 year old son in to see Dr. Gladwell for his Wisdom Teeth. He and his entire office staff was friendly, inviting, caring, informative and professional! We appreciate Dr. Gladwell and his staff very much and highly recommend their services!!!

I was do scared to get my wisdom teeth removed. They made sure I had anxiety medication to calm my nerves and they put me under. I Got home woke up with pain then after that ive had no pain my healing has been smooth and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much

I have worked with Drs. Adams and Gladwell for many years. They have helped my patients with extractions, tumors, biopsies, orthognathic surgeries and more. The are great commmnicators with commendable ethics, superb skills and kind bedside manner. I definitely recommend them.

The staff is highly professional and do their best to get patients in and out in a timely manner. My wisdom teeth removal procedure was complicated by the alignment of my teeth, however Dr. Adams was still able to get everything done in thirty minutes, with very minimal after effects.
