At Oral Esthetics we realize that having great products and amazing equipment is useless without the right education, training, and experience. Owner and operator John Eggebraten MDC, CDT, started his education at the ADA accredited Dental Technology program at Pasadena City College. He then went onto attend and graduate from Dr. Edward McLarens world renowned Master Dental Ceramics program offered at UCLA School of Dentistry. After graduating he went on to study abroad in Germany and Italy to learn about CAD/CAM technology and layering of pink porcelains from world famous ceramist Kluas Muterthies. He then went on to be the director of the CAD/CAM program at the UCLA Center for Esthetic Dentistry and started Oral Esthetics Dental Lab.
Oral Esthetics Dental Lab is a small high end dental lab that John Eggebraten MDC, CDT personally designs, fabricates, and finishes every restoration. This type of dental lab is nearly impossible to find in todays market. We believe in having a 2 person team over larger labs so that we can offer unsurpassed quality and control to produce the best possible restoratives for every one of our clients.
John has earned many accreditations, awards, and certificates in the field of Dental Technology. Today he continues to attend many seminars, meetings, and study clubs to keep up on the latest techniques and materials available. His goal is to always keep learning, adapting, growing, teaching, and striving for excellence.
