Dr. Francisco M. Perez is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon He completed his specialty training along with a Masters in Science of Dentistry in 1997. He has been practicing in the Rio Grande Valley since 2002 and prior to that practiced his specialty as a Major in the US Army. Dr. Perez is also a diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, a Fellow of the American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Francisco Perez has extensive experience in all aspects of oral & maxillofacial surgery including wisdom tooth extraction, dental implants, surgery and treatment to correct jaw problems and more.

Went in a 2 years ago to get my wisdom teeth removed , my gums healed completely by the 8 month mark. He did a wonderful job and didn't even feel any pain what's so ever. Also called later that night to check up on me to see how I was doing. 10/10 truly the best !

At 51 I finally decided to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I went in to see Dr. Perez and he recommended I only have two extracted, one of which was impacted. My initial appt was back in March. Fast forward to June and the day had arrived. I got to the office and was called in pretty quickly, that helps if you have anxiety like me. The entire process took about 40 minutes and I was sent home. Dr. Perez is great and answered all my questions prior to the procedure. The bleeding stopped pretty quickly and the pain has been tolerable. I don't like taking anything for pain, so I've managed with just 1 Ibuprofen once or twice a day. All in all I really thought it was going to be a bad experience, but thanks to Dr. Perez and his staff it has been a great experience. The worst part is taking the antibiotic, irrigating the area after every meal and not being able to eat certain things. I am glad I was referred to Dr. Perez by my dentist. I just received a call from a number I didn't recognize and almost didn't answer. It was Dr. Perez checking on me! I can't believe it. I have never in life had a doctor follow up with me and I've been to several specialist. He's a busy man I'm sure, so to take time out to check on me is just amazing! He will have a forever client with me! By the way, during my procedure, he was attentive, professional, and caring; can't ask for more than that! God bless you Doc!

Dr. Perez is amazing! I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at once and I was terrified but he is so good at his job that I literally blinked and the procedure was over. Minimal to no pain or bleeding and I felt great after, no discomfort or anything. Thank you so much!

My husband Jose had two molars removed and he said he felt good with little or no pain after anesthesia wore off. Dr. Perez followed up in the evening to see how Jose was doing. Awesome oral surgeon.

As a certified medical assistant normally when a patient gets a procedure done we're the ones that give the patient a call to follow up and ask them how they're doing. A big shout out to Dr. Perez for taking his time to call me personally and asking me how I'm doing after getting 4 of my wisdom teeth removed today! Truly shows how much he cares for his patients!

My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed. And some extra teeth too for brace purposes. Dr. Perez is an excellent surgeon, very professional, speaks less . I know I am a worried mom and was very nervous. He even called and asked how he is feeling. He had some pain after surgery. Dr. saw him quickly and gave us quick advice. Thank you Dr. Perez and sorry for calling you even during the break...

At first i was a bit nervous coming to get my wisdom teeth surgery here since it's a new experience but when the time came and it was all said and done, it was amazing. The staff and my surgeon were amazing as well. If you're afraid to get the surgery don't be! Everyone here will treat you with respect and care! -Gerardo

Great service. Once my insurance got approved, They were willing to schedule me in for my oral surgery the very next day. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, and the surgery was quick and painless. I even got to keep my removed wisdom teeth as little souvenirs. And also, later that night Dr. Perez called me personally to check on my condition. Great place to go to, Highly Recommend.

Super great dentist went to take off my 4 wisdom teeth all at once I was super scared and Perez made me feel super comfortable and let me knew their was nothing to be afraid of. he pulled out 4 teeth within 15 min , well it felt like 10-15 min I highly recommend him!!! I felt no pain during and after the surgery he also called me to check up on me

I went to go get my four wisdom teeth removed and it went great, it was super quick, i think they did an incredible job, got in at 8:45 and got out and hour later. They even helped me while I was feeling nauseous, they knew exactly how to make me feel better. After the surgery was done I didn't feel messed up i felt fine and my mouth didn't hurt and hasn't hurt at all.
