I went here back in February to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed. My dentist referred me to this oral surgeon. They tell you upfront about their payment policy, cancelation policies, etc. Dr. Carey was really nice & explained to me what was going on with my wisdom teeth especially the 2 bottom teeth. The day after my surgery, Dr. Carey called himself and asked me how I was feeling and such. I thought that was pretty cool that he called me himself instead of having a staff member do it. I personally didn't have any issues with this place. The staff were always nice to me even when I came late to my surgery because my escort was late.

Need new office staff. Was going to use this doctor but calling and talking to one of the office ladies changed my mind. Bad attitudes like they don't want to work there.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. Dr Carey's wife, the receptionist/office manager, has an attitude about everything. And I mean, every single thing. She is the rudest office personnel I have ever been in contact with. The lack of organization or any ability to make a simple appointment without waiting to hear from the Dr is absolutely asinine. My daughter's wisdom teeth surgery was rescheduled at the last minute. The way I found out was a missed call that I returned, no voicemail. I could go on and on about the issues and the way things are handled at this office. I highly recommend choosing elsewhere for any oral surgery needs.

Great oral surgeon. They had me in and out in no time at all. They were very professional,and followed up with me that afternoon after my surgery I am well pleased with with Dr. Carey and his staff

I have had multiple appointments and each time the staff was very professional and provide Great service. Great services and supporting staff. The establishment is very clean, calming and relaxing. Great effectiveness with timing, no long wait time. Dr Carey is very professional, patient and is understanding. He is very transparent, direct and consistent. I would recommend anyone who looking for a specialist and professional oral surgeon with great staff.

The receptionist is rude, should probably hire a new one. She just hangs up without saying goodbye, and she threatened my mother in law and said if she didn't delete her google review then she'd cancel my girlfriends appointment. Not professional at all. don't waste your time .

**********Today I get a phone call regarding her Doctor Appointment with Dr Carey in July and this afternoon 6-1-22 at 315pm the same lovely office personal leaves a message on my phone about the appointment. When I had called back she said I need to remove my Google post then if I don't take this post down the doctor will not do my daughters oral surgery. **************** We will be finding another place to do her procedure that has a more mature office staff. Dr. Carey and his nursing staff are awesome!!! However the reception and whoever I had talked to today around 1215pm was Extremely Rude and had ended our phone call without a goodbye... she just hung up on me. My daughter had visited this office in the beginning of April regarding a tooth needing to be extracted and also wisdom teeth, the exam ended with us being informed that someone will call me to schedule. Still not hearing back I called today and was informed that they need medical clearance from her Dr, I asked if anyone was going to notify me of this if I hadn't called?! The office needs new office staff. Not the Dr or his medical assistants but Office staff.

I don't think it's right that a receptionist calls my mom and tells her she needs to remove her Google review or her daughter's appointment will be canceled. Thanks . my teeth have been killing me for months . now i can't go on with the surgery just because they refuse to. Don't waste your time with this place, they don't care about your smile, they care about the reviews.

My granddaughter and I both have used Dr Carey several times. He is so caring and knowledgeable. His nurses and office staff both have been so good to us. He always puts my granddaughter to sleep me I just take the shots but he has never hurt me. He even met us and pulled my granddaughter during the mist of Covid I have read the negative reviews about the rude office staff. I am so surprised because they have always been so good and kind to us. My granddaughter had missed her appointment, but was in terrible pain. The lady that answers the phone worked my granddaughter back in as quick as possible, made sure she got antibiotics and pain medication. She called me and my granddaughter to check on her before her new appointment. They have been busy a few times that we called and an answering service. answered. They were always polite to us . Just can't imagine them being rude. We have nsurance and have only had to pay the part not covered never had to pay the whole amount before service. Again we love Dr Carey dearly.

Dr. Vincent and his staff are very courteous and professional. I took my 12 year old child for oral surgery and everytime we went for a visit or called the office they went out of their way to make sure we were treated good. A+ service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Very rude the lady Jessica told me I didn't have a appointment after I was referred & they been blowing my phone up about the appointment she didn't bother to even try to figure out the problem.. secondly they phone been off the hook for HOURS. not even able to call about what happen & on top of me driving up there due to the fact I don't live at this location this place is very rude ! After that I will never give my money to that place. Glad I never got the chance to !

I really wish I could rate Dr. Carey's office a five because Dr. Carey and his assistants that handled the procedure are amazing from start to finish. Dr. Carey actually did a follow up call the next day. Unfortunately, he has an extremely rude female receptionist and the billing department obviously doesn't know the proper procedure on filing insurance claims. We were told we had to pay all fees upfront before the procedure was done. Payment was made and after five months we finally received the reimbursement. On top of that, they decided to keep another $199 from the insurance refund. This office is amazing and are very professional before and after procedure but be prepared to have issue when dealing with the billing department.

Extremely rude and condescending front office staff, I was willing to come to Dr Carey out of network and pay cash because I have heard nothing but awesome things about him...it is very unfortunate that the people at the front desk do not begin to live up to the apparent reputation of the actual doctor

I'm not sure who the RUDE lady that answers the phone, but she really sets a very NEGATIVE tone for such a great office. I refuse to call back and talk to her to set up my kids appointments. Obviously, others feel the same way as I have read the comments from others.
