This is my first extraction & implant as an adult & I appreciate Dr. Brookes' thorough explanation of all procedures & cost of all "possible" scenarios. She is warm, kind & efficient. Front desk staff is incredible. Lydia, Dr. Brookes' assistant in surgery, is exceptional & so kind. She helps make you feel incredibly comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Had my wisdom teeth removed here and I couldn't say enough positive things about this place and the people here. Fantastic staff. Dr. Scott Connor was awesome.

Visited OMSA for an implant consultation. Great experience, every detail was explained in detail and easy to understand terminology. Was able to schedule my implant appointment around the dates that worked best for me. Very professional and friendly

Dr. Brookes and her staff were so polite and professional which made me more comfortable at my appointment. The office was clean and beautiful.

Professional, courteous and knowledgable staff. Dr. Shane was great. Explained what he was doing as he did it and tooth #3 was extracted in 15 minutes. My dentist in West Bend recommended them and I'm glad he did!

I was in for an office visit consultation for 2 molars that were to be removed. First off, I was shuffled into a room, blood pressure taken, charts pulled up with literally the conversation being 'Dr. Brookes will be in shortly' and allowed to sit over a half hour with zero communication as to the delay. When Dr. Brookes came in, I felt she was rushed, matter of fact... and very cold... almost to the point of 'rude' when asking her to elaborate on details of the procedure and asking questions. Then upon leaving , I got a bill of estimated cost, with no insurance information . When I asked about this, I was told that the medical codes were provided on the statement, and I can call my health and dental insurances to figure out what I would owe. I also was asked to have a Panoramic Xray, but that was not necessary I found out later...they just got me for some more cash. Everything about this place gave me such a bad gut feeling, I left and immediately called OMSDR in Meno Falls. Dr. Triggs is fantastic!! Procedure was awesome, as was all the staff !

Dr. Brooks is a wonderful surgeon. Her nurse is fantastic as are all or the staff there. GREAT PEOPLE all around and I feel tremendously fortunate to have found them for my husband. He had 2 teeth extracted by a oral surgeon in Menomonee falls and he had a terrible time there.Dr. Brooks removed 21teeth all at at one time and he said it really was no big deal.Thank you Dr. Brooksyou're my hero !!!

From the moment you walk into the office they are incredibly welcoming. Everyone I came in contact with so friendly and accommodating. I can see why the Dentist's at Shumway recommend their patients to them

I was very impressed at my initial consultation with Dr. Shane and the entire staff. Everyone is both personable and professional. I needed to have 2 teeth extracted(1 wisdom) the procedure took approximately 15 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend any friends or family to go there!

4 stars because everyone was wonderful, except one receptionist. She lacks customer service in a big way. It took a long time to actually get a hold of them as nobody called me back after 2 weeks of leaving messages. (I had to call a different office) and she made it seem like it was my fault And then just rude as she wants to be in person too. But everyone else is great!!! Super nice and knowledgeable.

I have to Thank Dr. Scott Connor excellent job removing tooth #3. Still don't understand how you fit in the mouth like that! Gone and not much pain! Thank You for getting me in so fast and then you and your staff getting me out faster!

Everyone was so patient, friendly, and helpful. Even though I had to have a tooth pulled, they made it so easy. Good pamphlets to read and reread about post oral surgery. (we tend to hear, but not remember directions at that time.) I would definitely recommend them!! No worries, no problems.

I am writing this the day of my procedure. I came in for emergency tooth extraction and I so beyond thankful for everyone. They are amazing, compassionate, and beyond caring
