I went to this oral surgeon a few months ago. It was the worse surgical experience I've ever had in my experiences. Everything started fine and everyone was very kind. That was just the consultation. The day I went in for surgery everything changed. It initially started off well with being put to sleep. About half way through the procedure I woke up. The nurse noticed first and was comforting me. The horror is the doctor was basically punching me in the face forcing my teeth out. I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth that needed to be removed. The bruises are from the doctors force he used. After the procedure finished he left the holes from now missing teeth open and sent me in my way. Before we left the parking lot I was screaming crying in pain. We tried all the over the counter pain meds he suggested and he still refused to address the pain with stronger meds. I do not recommend anyone seeking professional attention. I'd also like to mention he was laughing when he realized I had woken up and did nothing to put me back to sleep. Worst experience ever.

I called to see when this office would be calling to schedule an appointment for my 10yo daughter who was referred. I was told that it was my job to call and schedule. I explained that an email had been sent by my daughter's Orthodontist and was told they would call me to schedule. I then asked if she could check her email. I was told "not to be rude". I explained that I wasn't trying to be rude. She was indignant. I then asked if she'd prefer I find another Surgeon......she said " you certainly can" and promptly hung up on me. I was shocked. I did get an almost immediate call back from another lady who was very friendly and Professional but the damage had already been done by Hillary. I think that's what they said her name was. Anyway, We're seeing Dr. Summers instead. It makes me nervous about the Doctor when they have someone so unprofessional on their staff.

I cannot thank this office and team, particularly Dr. Blumer and his assistant Hillary, adequately for how positive they made my experience with them. After developing a severe pain in the back of my mouth from a wisdom tooth coming in a few months prior, I attempted to ride it out hoping for it to subside. However, the pain and even swelling continued to get worse, radiating throughout my jaw and keeping me up all night. I called Dr. Blumer's office as soon as it opened, and they found a way to work me in that morning when other office were not even accepting new patients. A little backstory: I have had a bit of a fear of dental offices since I was a child, so I was nervous going in that morning, knowing I would also likely be under a general anesthetic for the surgical extraction. However, the staff was warm, invested, and kind. While waiting to be called back, Hillary even came out multiple times to check on me. She was patient and attentive, and she communicated every step of the process clearly, so that I knew what to expect. Prior to the procedure, Dr. Blumer was friendly and informative, and, if how quickly I healed and how much better I felt immediately upon leaving is any indication, the quality of his work is top of the line. It is clear he, Hillary, and his whole staff put a great deal of thought and consideration into their service and do everything they can to ensure their patients know they are in good hands. Needless to say, I highly recommend this practice for anyone requiring oral surgery/procedures. I am indebted to them for their thoroughness and professionalism. Their medical care is second to none, and their patient care exceeds all expectations.

I wint an got 10 teeth cut out an i am terrified of dentist but they are so nice an good it was like it never happened any one who is scared to go to dentist should for sure go see them there the best an nicest you will find

Went to get my wisdom teeth pull which Was fine. Not even a hour after I got home I check my bank account and notice they had charge me 2 times for the procedure. It put my account in the negative. Then the lady try to tell me that they only charge me 1 time but I show her my bank statement even had to go to my bank and let my bank ppl talk to them that they had charge me 2 times and they still would not give me my money back. If you go here don't use a debit or credit card 1/11/21 Update 1/12/21 They returned my money and apologize because they saw they did charge me 2 times. Thank you for addressing this problem and getting me my money back.

Dr.Blumer is hands down the best dentist EVER! I've been to his office about three times now for extractions and the last time I had to get SIX teeth pulled ( I was a nervous wreck!) Even though I've had teeth pulled before I had never had SIX pulled at once. I had to be there at 8am and I was back in the car at 8:35! He pulled six teeth that quick! And the healing process (he says this is the hard part) it wasn't! I healed from having six teeth pulled in a matter of days! I literally felt no pain through this entire process!! He and his staff are Angels! They're so sweet and kind and very professional. It doesn't matter if you come in with the most perfect smile ever or three teeth in your head they treat you the same! And honestly that means the most to me.

You don't look forward to any surgery, especially oral surgery, but there's no better, nicer people to provide it. The experience was totally pleasant.

Everyone was very kind and sympathetic to my needs - being very scared of the dentist lol... They took great care of me, Dr Blumer was wonderful, and the experience was quick and painless. I'd recommended them anytime!

First I wanna start out with how I was a nervous wreck about getting my wisdom teeth pulled out.!!! My wisdom teeth have came in and broke the tooth that's beside them. When I first when in for my constellation the staff and Dr Blumer made me feel so at ease. I came back for my surgery and was in and out within 45 mins. It's been 2 and half weeks now and I'm all healed up and back to eating. I recommend Dr Blumer and his staff to anyone..!!!!!!

Such a great experience! The staff and doctor made me feel so comfortable. I was experiencing severe pain from an impacted wisdom tooth, couldn't wait to get it pulled. They scheduled me in immediately and took care of it. Thank you all for your generosity. Highly recommend!

If laws change notice to outstate patients should be notified an aware of the change an how it will affect their pain level sorry very unprofessional won't be back ever again
