Justin Au, DMD, MD, FACS graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2007 and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in 2013 at University at Buffalo. He is a Diplomate with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and practices full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery including dentoalveolar, implant, orthognathic, facial trauma, reconstructive and temporomandibular joint surgery. He is an active fellow in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American College or Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, Western New York Society of Oral Surgeons, New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Erie County Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. He maintains certification in General anesthesia, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.
Dr. Au is on staff at Kaleida Health and Erie County Medical Center and regularly covers their level I facial trauma. He is also active at University at Buffalo School of Dental medicine as a clinical assistant professor.
While originally from Toronto, Canada, Dr. Au now considers Western New York home with his wife, Karen, three children and their dog. When Dr. Au is not providing high quality care for his patients, he enjoys hiking, fishing, and skiing.

Ive been dreading getting my wisdom teeth out now for months. I am very nervous when i go to the dentist keep in mind. I came in today at 8 am and got all 4 wisdom teeth taken out by Doctor William Boyczuk in 45 minutes. He did a fantastic job and i recommend this place to everyone! Only pain i felt for a split second was the iv going in my arm and thats it! Absolutely amazing job by dr boyczuk and his associates! If i could give a 10 star review i would!

Absolutely wonderful all the way around. From the moment I walked in the door, it began with the gals at the front desk who just made me feel so comfortable and it just continued from there to every staff member I met along the way right to having the procedure done. Amazing!!!!!! They were made aware of my horrible dental anxiety and EVERYONE made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I feel amazing and no longer in fear should something like this need to be done again.

Very pleasant experience, the receptionist was polite, the nurses were very caring as i was very anxious ,and i recieved a follow up call from the dr the next day would recommend to anyone considering oral procedures the dr had at ease and had great bedside manner .

Get a call the day of my appointment the dentist called out, alright , so see you tomorrow. Nope we are booked full, that's not my fault call someone tomorrow and reschedule them if I told you I can't pay you cause I have other bills you'd be a little but hurt wouldn't you ?

Both Springville and Olean office staff were efficient, friendly, and professional. Dr. Boyczuk and Nancy both had a great bedside manner and were very thorough in explaining what to expect after surgery (4 impacted wisdom teeth). The pre and post surgical instructions were very clearly presented to us and there was no confusion as to what to expect.

I was in extreme pain from an impacted wisdom tooth for days not being able to eat or sleep. They got me in the same day I called them on an emergency basis and the Doctor as well as the whole staff was absolutely amazing. So caring and nice. I will be forever thankful for how quickly they helped me and the relief they've given me.

I got my third molars extracted and had the unfortunate experience of having 2 dry sockets. They were very quick about getting me in and resolving my pain. Great experience and thankful to have went to them! All of the staff were very pleasant to talk to

I was dealing with severe pain and my dentist was out of town. My dentist called Dr. William Boyczuk and he was able to get me in that day. Both Dr and his assistant Lacy were very personable and answered all my questions. Very professional and would highly recommend them.

My dental surgeon here was the best. Everyone in the office is awesome. I had unexpected dental emergency. They were the ONLY ones that helped me. Called so many dentist! No one would take me due to not a current pt but mainly they don't save slots for pts with emergency level 10 tooth pain. Closest appts were month out. Ridiculous dentist offices in this area don't leave openings for this type of appointments. This office was so caring or the surgeon couldn't be friendlier or more caring for his patients. Thank you for saving me yesterday!!
