I am very glad that we have Dr Michael Pampalon(e) who is not only an intellect, but an exception to what doctors are like. Such a great young man with a personality like no other, having been around here all of my life. An Oral surgeon and an Oral Maxillofacial Specialist. After Monday's appointment Brandy and I went to the closest beach, as exercise is vital, for canines, for us! Thanks to Dr Michael J Pampalon, and their great staff, as there's more than I can probably add, but I'll finish the at a later time ( I don't understand it as I already had done a review, I don't understand computer related miscellaneous issues anyway and not willing to learn. Oral Maxillofacial Associates, I'm glad I came here...and that's Dr Scott Miscovich md as I really like professionals that loves Brandy. There's really nothing about Brandy that would be of any negative experience or expression..!

I just walked into the office to have treatment done and was told I needed a consult first when I was scheduled for treatment. If I needed a consultation first, then they had plenty of time to call me and get me on the week prior. The front desk guy was extremely rude and I took off of work to have this done and no consideration was taken. I am very disappointed and will be sure to pass the word on their unprofessionalism.

Staff at front desk were rude as I don't know what. First encounter I already knew this place was going to suck. Got there a little late(15 mins) for wisdom teeth extraction and I sat there for almost an hour before being called back and then being told they won't be able to do it since I checked in a bit late. Said the schedule is "tight". Horrible experience and wish I didn't have to go through them but unfortunately I was referred through military. I'll make sure to get there an hour early next time.

Sometimes everything goes wrong. I was referred here by my dentist to get a bone graft and dental implant. The office has easy parking and a nice staff. I can't say my experience with periodontist was positive. The bone graft became infected and leaked releasing bits of bone the first week. I called the periodontist over the weekend and he didn't remember doing a bone graft. That was the first warning. He apologized when I went into office on the following Monday. We had to wait for it to heal so after six months I had an X-ray done to see the results of the bone graph. I was advised I'd hear back from the dentist on the results. Ultimately I had to call back after waiting 4 weeks only to be told to come into the office again. I was I formed that the bone graph was failure but they could try to use a narrower implant. I decided not to do any more work here. It was a waste of almost $3k. :-(

I got all four wisdom teeth removed here recently. Dr. Lung and his staff were professional, precise, and quick. They provided excellent service in the office and aftercare. Their receptionist was flexible with my appointment, which I had changed on short notice, and provided good information about what I needed to prepare going in. I was nervous about the experience going in but their professionalism and care is outstanding.

I had an amazing experience and my daughter had an amazing procedure there last week. The first receptionist that I had an encounter with was NOT pleasant at ALL so I had my doubts about the entire team being mean and degrading like her. But I was amazingly surprised that she was just the one rude, bad apple of the bunch. Everybody else is/was amazing! My daughter is looking forward to having her next procedure done with Dr. Minchino. I highly recommend this practice, just remember not to let the bad apple up front ruin your day.
