I would recommend this place to anyone who needs implants. Everyone there treated me with so much respect. This place is great!! They are like one big happy family!! I didn't bleed & I didn't hurt after I had the surgery. The doctor knows exactly what he is doing. I had a small complication & they came in on a Sunday to fix it. That meant a lot to me!! They treat you like you are a part of their family!!

I have been waiting to post a review. I wanted to only speak of these folks in a way they deserve. So, it went a bit long. Read it anyway. I had the all in 4 done with Dr. Lam and his folks. There is one thing everyone should know before getting this done. Dentures are about buying fake teeth. With Dr. Lam and his folks, you are entering something much more. You are entering a Process. Dr. Lam has an ability of finding people who know they're human and fallible and also know the only goal worth having is perfection. The entire team is top of the line. But it is much deeper than the work. The pain had been with me so long it felt like I was disappearing. Two women there, Kaitlin and Gabby, engaged with me in a space of respect I only felt in the position I have, not as myself a human being. They're excellent at their job for sure, more importantly they are people anyone is lucky to know once in a lifetime. For the first time in forever... I felt seen. This is about living. This is about gaining back what constant ache and hating to smile insidiously destroys. This team is about creating the greatest you. Yes, they make you look good too. But I mean... I came in looking good. I had a perfect surgery experience and the highest quality aftercare. That's where they begin. Then, just for me, they created a smile without gaps and breaks the one I always wanted. That's not the end. They continued perfecting until I gained the ability to speak with confidence, laugh like a fool, and even look damn good while growling. Believe it. To sum it up: New teeth can be found all over, you will get that. Come here for the amazing teeth, but also to experience extraordinary people who's aim is to get you back to the greatest you. Because they know, that like them, you are One of a Kind too.

Hi everyone I have received 2/3 steps so far for an implant in the front of my mouth, very important tooth. My care has been fantastic, the doctor is fun to work with and I trust my dental work with Dr Lam. Very good place to go.

All of the staff here were amazing! My surgeon was Dr. Won and he was incredibly nice, he texted me personally to check in on me after my surgery and when I had complications with my medications he responded to my messages incredibly fast.

I went in to have two of my wisdom teeth extracted a couple days ago, and the whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. The staff are all so friendly and nice and make you feel really comfortable during the whole procedure. It was a quick in and out and two days later, I am basically recovered and returning back to my normal daily activities. Dr.Lam even called/texted me before and after the surgery to see if I had any concerns. Would definitely recommend Dr. Lam and his staff!

My mom had the dental implant surgery here. The staffs, especially Katlyn, and Dr Lam were super helpful and knew what they were doing. My mom went home with not much pain. Her healing process after the implants has gone smoothly. Highly recommend.

When I signed in two of the nurses was arguing with one of the patients family members, and when I was sent home after services I wasn't given any discharge papers, instructions or prescriptions. I only gave a 3 star because the nurse that assisted me was very nice.

They were really nice in describing how the surgery was gonna go and what to expect. All their equipment looked up to date and new so I felt like I was in good hands. Dr Lam and his team really know what they're doing and are amazing!

I just recently got my two bottom wisdom teeth and my second molers removed, I was put to sleep and I was terrified like most! But Dr.Won and his team from the nurses to the anesthesiologist we're absolutely amazing! They were very kind and comforting! My healing process has been a breeze; I would recommend them over any oral surgeon around! They are very wise and know what they are doing and explain everything from what's going on the day of to what needs to be done after! I couldn't ask for a better experience when it comes to dental work that sounds strange but I promise you they are the best!!

They where very friendly there and it only took and hour to get my wisdom teeth removed. All I remember is waking up crying and busting there balls for no reason and I am so sorry to everyone that had to deal with me. Especially the blonde hair lady. I 10/10 recommended them.

Wonderful staff at Oral and Facial Surgery of the Carolinas. They took so good care of me. I was so worried about the pain I would been in after my surgery but surprisingly I have had no pain and haven't even needed the pain medication that was prescribed for me. Thanks Dr. Lam and your whole crew and God bless you all.
