I have had numerous extractions with a few different doctors and have to say that Dr Abt is THE best!!! He is very kind compassionate and gentle. His staff are also very kind. I would highly recommend Dr Abt!!!

Dr Abt is not only a highly educated and skilled oral surgeon, but gifted in his area of practice. I had an implant done by him recently, and was more than impressed with the procedure and outcome. I highly recommend him, and his office, for your dental needs.

Dr. Abt was trusted to perform an unusually complicated case of oral surgery for our minor daughter. We had recently arrived from the California bay area where the specialist were reluctant to perform the necessary surgery due to the risks. However, Dr. Abt expressed a calm confidence and assured us that our case was not so unlike his regular work. His staff put our daughter at ease with personal attention throughout the process. The surgery was completed without complication, and our daughter recovered quickly. The doctor himself called to check on her the day after the surgery. There is little consolation to offer someone who is destined for the terrible inconvenience of a surgery, but there should have the relief of knowing they will be in the capable hands and welcomed bedside manner of Dr. Abt.

I received excellent care at the Oral and Facial Surgery Center of Prescott. I was in desperate need for an immediate wisdom teeth extraction. I called in on a Monday explaining my situation. The receptionist took the time to listen, which made me feel that their office was committed to my care. In short I needed to have this procedure completed prior to the termination of my dental plan coverage. The office was very efficient. The receptionist scheduled me for a consult on Wednesday, then an extraction on Friday. During each visit, the team was professional and caring. Dr. Abt was exceptional in explaining the process, and had a warm heart. I would highly recommend this office to family and friends. (Side note the office was absolutely gorgeous, it had a personal touch with family photos framed on the wall)

I am a long term expert on quality dental surgeons...I found my first visit with Oral & Facial Surgery to be absolutely without peer in my experience....from the pleasant "Hi" at the reception desk..the visit just was the best medical visit in my long life...Dr Abt is genuine, superbly qualified, and has assembled a practice and staff that reflect his experience and gave me absolute confidence that I was in the best possible medical and dental environment....cannot do better..Bob Woods

I was referred to Dr. Abt for a surgical removal of a broken tooth. I had an appointment on Monday for a consult and the procedure was done on Wednesday. I was treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. The entire process took less than a half hour and I never experienced any pain during or after . Fantastic experience. The entire staff are to be commended. Dr. Abt did a superb job.

I went to Dr. Abt to get my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Abt did a great job! I had little to no pain after the procedure. The staff was very friendly too.

My son, Joshua Baillie, had his molars removed. He reported a very relaxed setting, doctor and nurses were nice and explained everything to him and my wife prior to the procedure. The follow-up was good as well. Would definitely recommend this clinic. Recommendation for staff: Additional information concerning pain meds would have been helpful up front, after the procedure to further alleviate the pain (i.e., adding Tylenol with ibuprofen for 4x greater relief without adverse interaction concerns).

During our Christmas travels to see family in Prescott a fall down the stair knocked out my front tooth. Thank goodness for Dr. Abt. On Christmas Eve he opened his office up especially for me. As a result I was able to enjoy Christmas Eve and the rest of our vacation with family with my teeth intact. Dr. Abt was so gentle and kind. He reduced my pain as much as possible. He made sure that I understood everything that he was doing and gave me an idea of what might happen after I got back home. He was our Christmas miracle! My oral surgeon here in Miami was really impressed with the job Dr. Abt did putting everything back in place. I am so grateful he made himself available. Prescott you are lucky to have such a talented and kind oral surgeon.

At age 94 I had stopped believing in the Tooth Fairy and Painless Dentists a long time ago but my faith has been restored in Painless Dentists. I was referred to Dr. Abt by my Primary Care Dentist for Surgical removal of an erupted tooth. The extraction was completed without any serious pain, bleeding or swelling. He and his staff made me feel at home and comfortable probably sensing that I was apprehensive. His instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. I'm three weeks down the road from my operation and I am a Happy Camper.

Exceptional Skill, combined with, Exemplary Care. From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing! All of the staff members were very kind, gentle, and caring. They went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They were so good at explaining all of the details. Everything from the cost, to each step in the procedure. Doctor Apt, is a wonderful, kind-hearted, gentleman, who is also a very talented doctor! He likes to talk with you, about you! Not only that, but after the surgery, the doctor himself, will call you to make certain everything went well, and to see if you have any questions or concerns. It was an extraordinary experience!
