My experience with this place left me feeling dismissed and neglected. Dr Koos (the owner) also replied to my previous review (s), with slanderous and false allegation meant to defame and seemingly provoke me, in an effort to paint a gross exaggeration of the actual truth and play the victim. His responses were laced with provable false allegations. There were many allegations regarding my healthcare which in my opinion violates HIPPA regulations. He also resulted to calling me names (unstable bigot) and mocking my documented medical condition. What a hypocrite! This all paints a picture of what type of person Dr Koos truly is! In my experience this place is unprofessional and dishonest! They also appear to try to retaliate against people who are willing to review their experience. As a matter of fact, when you answer their survey as to whether you had a good experience or a bad experience if you select you had a good experience you're automatically routed to the Yelp review section of Yelp however, if you select you had a bad experience then they route you to send them a personal message.. It's clear they do not want people to share the bad experiences and they only wish to be praised in public. They do not want the public to know the truth! And if there were lies made to the police or the courts (and according to the reply there were) I will press for whoever told this evil lie is criminally charged and prosecuted! Then I'll take civil action against this practice. Replying to response: 11/7/22 pseudonyms? I'm using my name! LOL! If you're going to use this review site to send personal messages and attacks laced with lies you may want to speak to your legal counsel beforehand! I'm not someone you wish to harass or provoke! You were given an audio copy of all the phone conversations. At no time did anyone mention BLOWING ANYONE'S brains out! That is a complete LIE! This untruth is either being peddled by you or your ghetto lying unprofessional (Ashley or Ali) team! On one hand I shouldn't really care what a bunch of ghetto, rude, unprofessional Chi-Raq LIARS think of me! On the other hand it's the fact that you feel the need to result to telling such a horrific tale (lie) that truly concerns me! And it should concern you! I have no problems with anyone knowing the colorful descriptive words I used dealing with Ashley and her rude ghetto attitude! The manner in which she started the conversation with, by a misrepresentation of the truth, is what further triggered me! And had Ali not falsely accused me of saying something I had not said, there wouldn't have been any escalation on my part, however when being disrespected by a bunch of ghetto Chicago Hood-Rat's I swiftly rise to the occasion! I MATCHED their tone!! I'm disabled and LIES are a TRIGGER! You staff clearly needs to be better TRAINED! This is not the only review that confronts Ashley and her RUDE dishonest attitude! It's also not the first to mention this GHETTO acting place! Just note, It's a crime to make a FALSE Police Report! I never threatened to shoot anyone there! And you've also been shown indisputable proof that shows this to be false. The Great Uncle did CHOP up my Great Grandmother (along w/his new born) with an Axe though! So I guess CRAZY does run through my Appalachian blood-line! Certifiable too! And I'm a grandchild of the confederacy. Should I be ashamed? It's frankly not any of my concern who there is scared of me. It's the Bible that speaks of God's plan for LIARS! You should be MORE concerned with the criminal penalties for filing a false police report though! And Dr. please STOP discussing your assistance SEX life in front of your patients! It's very tacky and unethical behavior! I regret not first reading the ONE STAR reviews BEFORE engaging with these second rate Hood-Rat's and this so-called (unethical) Dr. He's a total dishonest quack! **Pay attention because he seems always reply to negative reviews with his condescending remarks trying to spin the events in his favor. This speaks LOUDLY about his true character! Total FRAUD!

Valeska, the dental hygienist is so professional and thorough. The dentist is kind, quick, and actually cares about pain management. I highly recommend coming here.

First of all getting your wisdom teeth removed sucks! but It was something that needed to be done, It was not fun at all! BUT Dr. Koos and his office made this whole process amazing!! I couldn't be happier with my service. Very caring and over all amazing Dr and staff!! He made the procedure as pleasant as humanly possible I think. I very happy I found them and came to the office. I had a question a couple days after my procedure and I received and answer right away. Thank you doctor and staff!! keep up the good work

This place has become an ongoing nightmare for me. Absolutely terrible experience. They changed my appointment on the day of after I took off work and arrived on time 4 times in a row. Ashley booked my appointment each time and gave me a physical card with the scheduled date on it, but she also repeated pretended to forget that she scheduled me in each time when I arrived. Does the computer work? Did someone get prioritized over me 4 times? I had a bad tooth, and I was in pain taking 800mg pain pills every 6 hours for 3 weeks straight because they continuously moved my appointment further and further. They didn't care at all. Eventually the work was done, and I was glad it was over. Now 3 years later, they just told my mom during her appointment that I owe a balance that was supposed to be covered by my insurance. A balance that no one EVER told me about and that they are now about to send it to collections and mess up my credit. This feel very targeted and I never did anything or even respond angrily. Not even when it was justified. Why would they not tell me about a balance? Why is it going to collections 3 years later? Where is the human decency?

Omg! From Allie the receptionist to the dental assistant to Dr. Koo... such a smooth process... this is what you call fast and efficient service. I was in and out! They don't waste time.. I got to my appointment early... filled out some necessary paperwork then paid the co pay... sat down and waited my turn... my name was called and I thought I was going to be in there for a while, but nope... Dr. Koo numbed the area around the wisdom tooth.. he asked me was I comfortable and made sure the area was numb... then he told me what I was going to feel and popped the wisdom tooth right out!! I'm sooo grateful... keep up the great work! I recommend this office and Dr. Koo to everyone!!

Just recently, I had an appointment with Dr. Koos at ORA Oral Surgery and Implant Studio for an extraction of a lower molar, due to a crack in it. Prior to the surgery, I had a 30 minute consultation with him about what to expect. Come day of the surgery, I was a bit nervous. But I was made to feel at ease by his surgical assistant. She was so accommodating!! Plus, any angst that I may have felt, it went out the window after she administered the nitrous oxide. And before I realized it, my tooth had been extracted. Dr. Koos and his assistant did an excellent job. They were very professional and I was comfortable. My after care was great. My overall office visit was quite pleasing. If you require dental surgery, ORA Oral Surgery and Implant Studio is the office to visit. You will be more than satisfied with the end results. P.S. I am not any in pain, whatsoever, and it is 4 days out from my surgery!!

If you're scared, nervous, fearful etc...I would recommend ORA Studio. Dr. Koos team is professional, warm and caring, especially Ali who works in the front office and Fatima who assist Dr. Koos in surgery. They aim to make sure you're comfortable, all of your questions & concerns are answered, and leave with a pleasant experience. Dr. Koos will also phone you after the surgery just to make sure you're doing well. I would strongly recommend this practice to you!

A-w-e-s-o-m-e, awesome as can be, Dr. Koos numbed and pulled my tooth so fast. I was in and out, all I thought to myself was, I could've went to work. I had no issues and my prescription was ready when I arrived at the pharmacy. He's what every client wants.

Omg, they took such good care of me, they were straight to the point and straight forward Dr. Koos explains everything very informatively and nice. The nurse asked me what kind of music did I want to listen to and I was like omg this customer experience is amazing, she was also informative and took care of me and treated me like a baby I recommend Dr.Koos, I had my two bottom wisdoms removed and it was the comfort for me. :) keep up the great service!!!

Dr. Koos is the man honestly!! Very confident in his work, very knowledgeable with his craft, and his team and him work so smooth together having my wisdom tooth removed was a breeze. I would definitely recommend Dr. Koos to any that needs anything done on their mouth. I have 3 more teeth i need removed with his name on them at this point lbs.

this place wasn't my normal dental place, I choose this place to do Invisalign was only because it shows they are diamond provider on Invisalign official page and saw some good recommendations online. didn't end up having the experiences that I expected. only got seen by the doctor twice for the entire treatment. people at front desk are not friendly you have to reach out multiple times for someone to get back to you. the hygienists I've met are nice tho. They said by the time I finish my treatment I should be able to get reimburse from insurance for about $2500 but so far I only got around $450. I was really hoping to like this place but no. and won't be returning.

Great customer service no long wait. I usually walk in a dentist office and I'm very nervous not at Ora dental it has a comfortable feel to it.

The doctor was very clear in my consultation about what was going to happen and why when it came to my oral surgery for my bottom wisdom teeth removal. The surgical process itself went really smoothly, and clear details were provided about my post-surgery care and the medicines to take, which and when. The only reason my score is not 5/5 stars is because the office forgot to tell me not to eat the day of the procedure, and I did, so I had to delay my appointment, which was unsatisfactory.
