I had a tooth removed and a bone graft by Dr. Koos at his beautiful office on Clark Street in Andersonville. This was done in preparation for an implant. Although the bone graft worked it wasn't sufficient for an implant. Dr. Koos took the time to have me come to the office so that he could show me pictures and explain why this was true. As a result of his patience and expertise, I have full confidence in his work and would gladly use him again.

Very professional practice. I would highly recommend it. I had ALL 4 wisdom teeth removed at age 30. Everyone was caring, professional, and detailed about the procedure and after care. I even got a follow up call the evening after my surgery. This is a procedure you don't want to get done just anywhere. Go with the professionals.

The 5 stars is for the great service at their north side location. Dr. Coos removed a bothersome wisdom tooth via surgery and was great about following up that same night. I would give 4 stars for everything else due to a change in appointment time (not a huge deal) and not being able to find any availability at their south loop location (I understand it's a busy office). Well worth the drive from Indiana. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place, you get your moneys worth.

Oh my goodness, amazing! I was so worried about my wisdom teeth getting taken out and have prolonged it so much. Was super anxious day of surgery--but Nancy immediately calmed me down (even let me pick the music) as she was prepping me. All I remember next was Dr. Koos coming in, IV, then getting woken up! I am home now. And almost 12 hours after my surgery, I have minimal pain and swelling! i'm so thankful! Also Dr. Koos just called to see how i was doing and any additional questions i had! 10000% recommend!

Upper Wisdom Teeth Removal: It was quick and easy, despite me feeling a little nervous at first. They made me feel relaxed the whole time, Dr. played my favorite music... and didn't even realize when they were finished. They made sure I made it home safely and gave a follow up call later that afternoon to make sure I was doing okay. Very pleased with the whole experience. <3

Dr. Koos and the team at ORA made me feel so comfortable and at ease before, during, and after my wisdom teeth procedure. I dreaded it for years and my recovery was so quick, I was back to normal within a couple days. Highly recommend !

The telephone staff did not inspire confidence. They did not understand the proper imagining needed/requested. I asked them to confirm the language they were using and they became defensive. An X-ray and a CT are 2 different types of imaging with 2 very different price tags. Essentially, the end result was that I needed both X-rays and CT and X-rays wouldn't be covered. When I've had experiences like this in the past with dental offices. I've received services that are unnecessary and big surprise bills after. No thanks!

Very lovely facility and very nice staff. Dr. Koos was very nice and informative, he also makes sure he follows up to make sure you're ok. It's the small details that make a lasting impression. So thankful for the entire team for helping me and my complicated wisdom teeth.

Dr.Koos is the best in the industry. I was scared to get my wisdom teeth removed until I came here. Previous dental facilities discouraged the idea of me getting this procedure done due my case. He explained everything throughly, ensured me on their best practices and his team was very clear on all instructions. My recovery is very tolerable without any complications. Will definitely come back in the future. Thank you so much team!

For a procedure I was terrified of having, this oral surgery place is wonderful. I was having trouble with other offices for this procedure and this location and all of the staff were amazing and helpful. For transparency, I had four wisdom teeth removed under anesthesia, and they made this an extremely easy experience. Would recommend to anyone needing wisdom teeth removal.

Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Koos and the staff there are very accommodating and helpful. Pre surgery, they answered all the questions I had and assured me everything would go well. After surgery, the support was great when I had questions on the wounds healing.

I was extremely nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed, since I never had any type of surgery before, and didn't know what to expect. But Dr. Koos and his team were incredibly kind and patient and walked me through everything I could expect. The procedure was so much less stressful than I could have imagined, and the ORA team set me up for a speedy and healthy recovery.

Nothing short of incredible. No pain. No extraordinary swelling. If you need extractions or bone grafting for implants, this is the best MD and DDS you could choose.
