Dr. Devan Dalla is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry and has been in practice since 2008. While at NYU, Dr. Dalla was awarded Honors in Implantology as well as the Dr. Bernard E. Rudner Memorial Award for demonstrating superior Clinical Performance in providing comprehensive oral care.
Dr. Dalla has always had a passion for serving in his community. In his quest to provide the underserved community with good dental care, he created a non-profit organization called Raahat which provided free dental services to children and those who cannot afford dental care. Along with managing the non-profit, Dr. Dalla simultaneously gained clinical experience in India and refined his skills to help provide the best oral health care to his patients. Today, Dr. Dalla is a practicing dental surgeon who is also serving our country as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve.
Dr. Dalla believes in the importance of guideline-based recommendation and believes treatments should be based on thorough exams and accurate diagnosis. Many patients visit him for second opinions and trust him to provide them with comprehensive advice. He believes in a patient-centered approach and that patient education is essential for good oral health. He spends the necessary time needed to discuss treatment options and provide individualized and personalized plans.
Because education is essential to providing comprehensive care to patients, Dr. Dalla has been committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry by participating in regular educational courses and workshops. He is an active member of multiple dental affiliations including the American Dental Association (ADA) and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID).
She recently moved from Las Vegas, but she grew up in the Bay Area. She is happy to return back home and practice in California. She graduated from dental school at Temple University in Philadelphia in 2015. She strives to provide excellent dental care from kids to adults. She loves to go hiking and rock climb in her free time. Dr. Le is very excited to meet you and your family at your next visit!
Dr. Harpreet Cheema is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Dental medicine. In addition to his DDS from the University of Colorado, he earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from India where he developed his passion for dentistry. He served as a Dental Officer in the Indian Army for five years.
He enjoys doing all kinds of dental procedures. He is passionate about Prosthetic Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Endodontics, Surgical teeth Extraction and Dental Implants. He received his Dental Implant training from American Association of Implant Dentistry. He is an active member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Francisco Dental Society and American Association of Implant Dentistry. He loves to interact with his patients, takes his time to understand their treatment goals and presents the treatment options based on the recent available scientific evidence.

I have enjoyed my profession as a Registered Dental Assistant for over 8 years. In 2015, I furthered my RDA license and became an RDA EF2. With this advanced education in dentistry, I can now provide extended duties in assisting the doctors with their patients. Working in dentistry has allowed me to become passionate about helping people improve their smiles and their oral health. In my free time, I love to volunteer for California Care Force which serves the Sacramento community. Besides dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my 3 kids, traveling, salsa dancing and doing as much exercise as possible.
I have worked in dentistry since 2007 and I love it! Nothing makes me happier than to see patients leave the dental office with a smile. A dental office is not a persons favorite place to be, so I do everything I can to make them feel welcome and comfortable.

Where do I start? I have mismatched, misaligned dental implants that I attempted to have adjusted 5-6 times unsuccessfully. So much wasted time! The "special pricing"'was also just to get you in the door as well which I thought was sleazy. It's a scam. There are endless add ons you absolutely have to have. I paid well over double the advertised price for my botched implants. A mini implant that should cost less than a full size implant is also billed at full price. I wasn't even informed I was getting a mini implant until AFTER. Fast forward to a year later and they sent me an invoice for work that was PAID IN FULL. I have the paperwork saying this, was assured at the time of payment that there would be no surprise charges. Yet they want MORE MONEY. A year after they did my botched implants they couldn't adjust correctly. I had to pay to have this fixed elsewhere. They seem to be interested in nothing other than squeezing every penny possible out of their patients by any means possible. Stay away if you don't like non functional $10,000 implants and surprise bills a year later. Poor quality work and terrible business practices. I'm going to turn them in at this point. BEWARE

Amazing dental clinic !! Dr. Dalla is definitely the BEST dentist I have ever visited. The entire team accommodated my needs and got the best implants done. Definitely recommend Dr. Dalla for getting a brand new smile.

their doctors really need to do a better job at being more attentive with the patients. he came in for literally 30 seconds, said "looks good", and rushed out of the room. I had no chance to ask my questions.

I paid $99.00 for a visit because I needed a crown. Before this visit, there was no pain or swelling around or on that tooth. In addition to taking x-rays, the dentist also examined my teeth. Two options were explained to me: I could crown the tooth or get a dental implant. The implant would last longer than the crown. I was given the treatment plan summary with costs totaling over $5,000 and instructed to call and schedule the appointment when I'm ready to begin the treatment. That evening I started feeling pain in my neck/jawline. I touched the area that was hurting and felt a lump. I had a fever the next morning and my affected side was swollen and painful. All day, I wasn't able to eat and spent most of the time in bed. After scheduling an appointment with my doctor, my doctor discovered I had an infection in that area, which was examined by the Ora dentist. As a result, I won't return for my dental treatment there.

I cannot thank the Staff at Ora Dentistry enough for making my implant process a success. I am originally from Sacramento and just completed my braces treatments. My implant was a critical part of the process to finish strong on my overall teeth outcome. My flights from Washington to come to Ora were well worth it! No question, I will always tell all my friends and family to come to Ora Dentistry!

So happy I found this place! Dr. Dalla is the BEST. I was worried about getting an implant but my surgery appointment was super quick and painless. The implant crown matched my natural teeth perfectly. The staff is so friendly and work super efficiently. 10/10 recommend

Hands down the best dentist office I have ever gone to. I came in with missing front teeth in one day they made me a new perfect beautiful smile. I still can't believe it tears of happiness. Thank you to the Dentist and all the staff wonderful people

I just caught this section. Missed it first time. Not obvious. Well, my wife and I fell in love with Ora Dentistry in Elk Groove. We live in So. San Francisco and come up to our vacation home in Placerville. Then we found Ora for our Implant needs. Great high tech clean modern office with very reasonable or cheaper prices than in the Bay Area. Most importantly is the service and friendly staff there. Just love these "kids" as I am 78! An implant of 2 units w/a bridge (cost $9200+) was done on me at this dental office. The worst part of the experience was the tooth extraction! Dr Dala should have waited for few more minutes to let the anesthesia to fully kick in before pulling the tooth out. It was the worst experience for me as I was in excruciating pain during extraction of that first tooth! In my 50+ yrs of getting dental work done, I've never had a horrible and terrible experience like this. In addition, the lady that initially collected the 1st payment, I felt she wasn't too happy to explain to me details of the $9200+... not accommodating and not helpful at all. Comparing Dental Implant experiences: -Implant With Bone Grafting done @Ora Dental. In lower Right side of mouth: -very expensive, very painful, lots of swelling, over 6 months wait to heal, overall NOT a walk in the park experience for sure. I felt RUSHED. COST $9200+. -Implant WithOut Bone Grafting done 3 yrs ago by another dentist (Citrus Hts location) also 2implants with a bridge in lower Left side of my mouth: -cost average, no pain, no swelling, only 6 weeks heal time, a total walk in the park experience, felt RELAXED and CALM. Cost $7000.
