This dentist is incapable of fulfilling appointments. I've been trying to have a cleaning with this dentist since March and they have cancelled on me everytime. Most recently, when being assured that this appointment wouldn't be cancelled, they have cancelled claiming that I didn't confirm the appointment. This is despite completing my paperwork and confirming via text. Seriously don't bother coming to this dentist, you will never get an appointment.

I loved this dentist but I had a dental apt and showed up and they were closed down, with no notice. They opened back up a month later and called me to reschedule my apt. When I asked why they had shut down they would not explain what happened. Does anyone know why they shut down for a month out of the blue with no notice to their patients? Very concerning.

Never pick up phone, staff issues, change teeth cleaning people without letting you know & others. I would stay away

This has been my dentist for 4 years and I love everything about them. Always friendly. Always painless. Always quick. My only issue is that for the last 4 years their property manager has refused to turn the air conditioning on in May when the heat begins. This has been an issue every single year. This is not a negative review about Ora, more so whoever is in charge of turning on the building AC. Please fix this going forward. Thank you!

I need to write this review because I HATED going to the dentist before going to see Dr. Fam Joey and his team at ORA in River North. I have another location minutes from me but come to the less convenient location because people matter. Dr. Fakhory saved me when I lost a filling less than 24 hrs before my wedding, tells it to me straight, has phenomenal bedside manner and is a master of his craft. His team of the expert and their humility never goes unnoticed. Yes, I am talking about a dentist. The office is cleaner than clean and am writing this while they offered me a phone charger to juice my mobile. Who does that???

Mark the hygienist was wonderful; took his time, gentle, talks you through the whole experience. Dr. Fakhoury was also very kind, friendly, and explained himself thoroughly. Overall a beautiful office, exceptional staff, and a 10/10 experience.

This place is AMAZING!! I would recommend this Dental Office to EVERYONE. From the time you step in, you can sense you are going to have a great experience. The ENTIRE staff only has one purpose in mind, and that is to make sure,as a patient, are first and foremost. You will never have a better experience. This office is the standard by which all other dental offices should follow.

The office was super clean! The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I was able to get right in at my appointment time without having to wait at all. The dental hygienist was nice and gave clear instructions what to do and what she was doing at each stage. The dentist was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly with no cavities!

I have sleep apnea and have had issues with snoring and the quality of my sleep for most of my life. I have waited a bit of time after my second procedure to review this. Procedure is incredibly easy and quick. Using an App that they recommend, I was able to see snd hear the changes in my snoring and the quality of my sleep. Immediately after my second session my numbers ranged from 140-166 which is pretty loud snoring. A few weeks later I am now showing a sleep score of 44. I still snore but it's not that loud and the recordings don't sound like I'm struggling to get air. I do feel like I am getting better rest. Additionally I am assuming I am going into REM sleep much more because my dreams are frequent and vivid. I can't say that I've ever dreamt like this. Considering that I have tried a CPAP machine and was contemplating surgery, this was such an easy and inexpensive procedure given the improvements for me. I'm 54 so I had little expectations that I would see a positive change.

Ora Dental is with out a doubt, the most upgraded dentist office I've been to from a technology perspective. Not only are their new aged tools great (including X-rays), their service is amazing. From the front desk, to the assistants and last but not least Dr. Fakhoury, you'll find absolutely helpful, friendly and transparent with any teeth struggles you may be going through. Highly recommended this office for cleaning as well.

This is everything you want your modern dental office to be! From Dr. Fakhoury, the hygienists, front desk staff, facilities, and ease of scheduling - all top notch! Dr. Fakhoury is a personable and highly skilled dentist that really listens to his patients. Before going to see Dr. Fakhoury, I hadn't been getting regular dental care for a few years and this resulted in my dental health not being in peak form. After thorough assessments, I required several fillings and crowns to repair the damage done due to grinding my teeth and drinking way too many carbonated beverages. I was extremely nervous getting so much work done, but Dr. Fakhoury made himself available countless times to answer the many questions I've had. I've also had the pleasure of getting Invisalign aligners under the care of Dr. Fakhoury. His knowledge and skill in arranging the most efficient Invisalign course is second to none! This office also has begun to provide Botox treatments which have been helpful for masseter muscle relaxation (for tooth grinding) as well as cosmetic treatments. I've had the benefit of both and have been thoroughly impressed with the results thus far! I've gotten several cleanings by Jordan as well, and she is the sweetest! She makes getting your teeth cleaned an enjoyable experience, which I didn't think was possible. Also, she is very knowledgable. There are so many home cleaning devices on the market and she was able to explain the benefits of each one and which ones you could probably do without. As someone who has worked with nearly every member of the staff for my dental needs, I'd highly recommend Ora River North!
