Very pleased with my experience from both the doctor and the hygienist, Megan. This office is very high tech in a great way, and the doctor is very honest. I will definitely return and I look forward to it.

Dr. Kralj is an artist! My teeth have never looked better. I've been a patient of Dr. Kralj since 2014. The Ora team is consistently kind and professional. I love that Dr. Kralj uses up to date technologies to help explain what's happening with my teeth. Every time I leave the office, I clearly understand what's happening and what to expect. We did two rounds of Invisalign. Some minor changes that made ALL the difference, and I've never been happier with my smile. The only regret I have is not doing it sooner, it completely changes my face. Recently, I also needed some light but fast work with an old filling and the process was quick and easy. I was in and out in less than an hour. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Krajl and his team. They're the only practice in town I trust with my smile, and they keep it 100!

My third visit to Ora and once again I was very impressed with the practice and practitioners. State of the art dental technology and very pleasant surroundings. Today's visit I experienced the same exceptional dental care from Dr. Kralj. My hygienist, Jessie, was thorough and efficient, working in tandem with Dr. Kralj they addressed my current need and laid out a path forward for continued dental health.

The customer service is excellent and the staff members are top-notch. They have state of the art equipment to get those fantastic angles on the teeth.

NO SHOTS FOR CAVITIES!! They use a pain free laser. Amazing! Such gentle cleanings, zen environment, helpful staff, quick & easy.

I've been a patient of Dr Kralj for several years and I'm always happy with the care I receive there. He provides a comfortable and friendly environment that always helps me relax and de stress from my very busy schedule. He has done great work on my challenging teeth. I find him very fair and reasonable. This is my dental home for the duration. Highly recommended!!

I've been going to Ora for years, but my hygienist Jessie was new and she was fabulous. Plus, per usual, Dr. Krajl was stellar; direct, friendly, but also encouraging. All-around awesome experience.

This may be the only dental practice you look forward to visiting. Exceptional care from the front desk staff to the hygienists to Dr. Kralj, you will be in great hands. They are professional and use state of the art technology to make every experience efficient and painless. This is also an incredibly beautiful office. I would not consider going elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Back in January, I took a scan for a night guard. I was told it would be ready to pick up in 2-3 weeks. After 5 weeks of not hearing anything, I followed up. It took them 2 days to get back to me and they said they lost the scan and I need to come in for another. We scheduled another appointment and they cancelled it the day of, which is extremely frustrating because I had to take off work for it. I went in the following week for another scan. They again said it would be ready for pick up in 2-3 weeks. Now it has been 6 weeks since the second scan. I have been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks straight. I have left 3 or 4 voicemails, 2 emails, and I have texted their number. No response! I already paid for the night guard back in January and now it is April!!!! The lack of customer service is absolutely absurd. How they can just not contact me back after they took my money 3 MONTHS AGO is terrible.

I had a dental emergency and Dr. KRALJ fit me in and stayed late to fix the issue. He went above and beyond . He came highly recommended and for good reason. The office is immaculate, the staff courteous and professional. They really set the bar high. Highly recommended!!!

I've been going to Ora dental studio's for years. Love them! They got me in quickly for a routine teeth cleaning and it was great. You have to try the birthday cake flavored tooth polisher!

It's been over five years since I visited this location and as always my experience was phenomenal! I felt welcomed from start to finish. Mladen Kralj and staff are so professional and made my time spent worth the wait.

These guys are extraordinarily patient, thorough, and professional. The process is simple, and there's not any pain to consider or prepare for. I'm currently in my 3rd day of Invisalign, following a week after phase 2 of my 3 phase implant surgery, and all is going well! I'm happy to have lucked up on ORA Dental and Dr. Kralj!

Dr. Krajl was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, genuine and authentic. I don't trust easily, and I can honestly say he is good people. I know he'll tell me what I need or don't need, what my options are, and provide solid advisement. The staff - Lisa and Jennifer - were fantastic as well. Technology top notch. I highly recommend ORA.

Personally I love the dentist but this place is amazing! All of the staff and doctors are so nice and explain every procedure and process in detail including insurance coverage and payment options. The space is clean and comfortable. Overall one of the best dental offices I've been to in chicago and I've been to many over the last 15 years. Excited to continue my dental care with ORA.
