Dr. Rebhun received his DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He has been in private practice since 1985 and is a clinical assistant professor of oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he has been teaching dental students and residents for more than 30 years.
Dr. Rebhun graduated from the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine and completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery from Boston University Medical Center, where he also served as Chief House Officer, during his final year of training and completed his Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Rebhun has been awarded the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Dental Student Award, as well as election into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Cohen graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA and completed a four-year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Allegheny Health Network and Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, where he also served as Chief Resident during his final year of training. Prior to beginning his four-year residency training, Dr. Cohen completed a one-year residency at Drexel University-affiliated Hahnemann Hospital and St. Christophers Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, PA.
A native of Washington, DC, Dr. Cohen attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA for his undergraduate education. He attended Drexel University College of Medicine where he completed his post-baccalaureate training in the medical sciences graduating at the top of his class.

What a wonderful experience with Dr. Chad Rebhun and team! Beautiful office with state of the art equipment, of course backed by a world class oral surgeon. Dr. Rebhun walked me through all of the details of the procedure and his team was dedicated to ensuring I had a wonderful experience. Three extractions and three implants in one visit is no small order, and they made it feel seamless. 10/10 would recommend!

Highly recommend Erika and Dr. Trager. They both cared about me overall and it was like just another day! My experience was 10/10. I got all my wisdom teeth out and barely any swelling or pain. Also just having a doctor who at least knew what Ehlers Danlos Syndrome meant was another plus! Both of them were amazing from the start!

I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was extremely scared and have never been under sedation prior to this procedure. I had the best experience with Dr. Trager and her entire team. They were genuinely caring and kind. I will refer anyone I know to go to her. The entire staff was knowledgeable and considerate. I don't remember everyone's names but one in particular was Erika. From the moment I walked in the door she had my back. I really can not stress enough, as an individual who has a very difficult time with medical procedures, this was the most comfortable experience I could have asked for. Dr. Trager even PERSONALLY called me this morning to follow up on how I am doing. They were thorough with after care. I just really can't recommend using this facility and surgeon Dr. Trager enough.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with the Optimum Oral Surgery Group. I had to have two wisdom teeth removed that were in there for over 45 years. I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Chad informed me all about the procedure in his very friendly way, including options of sedation. During the procedure Dr. Chad and his assistant Erika took good care of me with their primary focus on pain management. I can honestly say that the entire extraction was painless. I am writing this review the day after, and I only took over the counter pain meds once. Thank you, Dr. Chad, Erika and the entire team at the Optimum Oral Surgery Group. Well done. What a blessing. I wish there were 6 stars.

I was so afraid and they made it as easy and comfortable as could be. Thank you for the excellent care. I've never had such positive experience with an oral surgeon. I can't thank Dr. Cohen and Lynn enough for being so kind to me in such a terrifying moment. Optimum truly cares about their patients and it shows in everything they do and say. I absolutely recommend them!

Had a great experience at Optimum! I was able to get an appointment quickly, and they were able to schedule me for surgery in just 2 days. I was a little nervous going in, but the wonderful staff helped me calm down quickly. Dr. Chad was great, and his assistant Amanda was so sweet and helpful and walked me though every step pre and post procedure. I had 4 wisom teeth extracted and I can't believe how fast it all happened. I chose conscious sedation, and they checked in with how I was feeling through each step. I didnt feel any pain though the procedure. As someone with detal anxiety, this place was great to me, and accommodating. Amanda really made me feel at ease.

Dr. Chad was wonderful when my son needed his wisdom teeth out because they were impacted. He explained the process thoroughly and put his mind at ease. I was comfortable knowing he was being taken care and was in competent hands. The office staff was friendly and welcoming. I would hands down recommend this practice.
