Dr. Rebhun received his DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He has been in private practice since 1985 and is a clinical assistant professor of oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he has been teaching dental students and residents for more than 30 years.
Dr. Rebhun graduated from the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine and completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery from Boston University Medical Center, where he also served as Chief House Officer, during his final year of training and completed his Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Rebhun has been awarded the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Dental Student Award, as well as election into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Cohen graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA and completed a four-year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Allegheny Health Network and Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, where he also served as Chief Resident during his final year of training. Prior to beginning his four-year residency training, Dr. Cohen completed a one-year residency at Drexel University-affiliated Hahnemann Hospital and St. Christophers Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, PA.
A native of Washington, DC, Dr. Cohen attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA for his undergraduate education. He attended Drexel University College of Medicine where he completed his post-baccalaureate training in the medical sciences graduating at the top of his class.

Lauren was a pro and extracted my tooth without pain. I struggle with dental fears and felt super comfortable with the staff at this office. Wasn't super stoked on the prices but in an emergency I felt nothing but relief when I left their office.

& then there was OOSG. From Kiki at the front desk to Tenia the medical assistant and Dr. Lauren Trager are legit the ELITE team. Look up the word perfection in the dictionary and you would definitely find a picture of the amazing staff at this location. Thank you so much for such a fast and painless wisdom tooth procedure!

Optimum at Moorestown and Dr Trager earns their 4.9 star reviews on google. This was the second set of wisdom teeth I've had removed without sedation, but I used another surgery center my first time. It wasn't pleasant and I was NOT looking forward to repeating the process once these teeth had finally decayed, but dr trager was absolutely amazing and nothing at all like my first experience elsewhere. They got me in fast (would have been immediately if I had preferred), did not require a preliminary consultation, and had me in and out in under an hour. The actual procedure from Novocain to completion was 5-10mins, and the extractions were done in less than a minute each. I experienced nearly no pain during the injections or extractions, and my gums healed perfectly. This was the quickest, most pain-and-drama-free dental experience I ever had, and if i chose she would have impulsively extracted a broken baby tooth and placed an implant during the same visit, but i wanted to wait until my extractions healed. I WILL be back for that implant! Oh, and I'm top of all this the cost was a third of what I paid to have my first set of extractions. I rated this a thoroughly pleasant experience & was beyond happy.

5/5 stars! Kira was an exceptional surgical dental assistant and Doctor Trager was the greatest! I came in today for a consult and they were able to do the surgery today. Kira walked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable as I was very nervous! Such a great team here in Moorestown. Kiki at the front was very welcoming! Thank you!

There are not enough stars available to give this office the rating it deserves. I can honestly say I received the most thorough and compassionate care that I've received at ANY medical facility of any type. Not only did Dr. Cohen make pulling a wisdom tooth easy and pain free, but the compassion that he, Kira, and the rest of the office showed when my anxiety got the best of me was beyond amazing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone and would not hesitate to go back if my circumstances ever require it.

Although the staff was friendly, unfortunately I had a horrible experience!! My Dentist recommended Dr. Adam for rear tooth extraction and although I was hesitant and nervous and in so much pain I took her advise. The procedure was like a horrible nite mare!! I had 4 or 5 shots of Novocain which numbed my lips, gums and side of my face but I still felt the drilling and the painful extraction. It got to the point that I wanted to scream! To make a long horrible story short, almost 2 months later I still don't have the natural feeling in 3 teeth on the same side of the extracted tooth due to slight nerve damage. I was told that in rare cases it may take a longer period of time for the nerve to hopefully repair itself. Honestly I don't think the surrounding 3 teeth will feel the same again. A few years ago I had rear tooth extracted and didn't experience this much trouble or lasting side affects. Nice staff but unfortunately a horrible experience!

If you need to visit an oral surgeon, this is the place to go. The office staff with Bianca and all who greet you are friendly and courteous. When you sit in the dentist chair the professionalism of Dr Chad and Erica is quite apparent. Molar removed + no pain = great appointment. Thanks to all!

I can't say enough great things about Optimum Oral Surgery Group. After a few different dentist visits this week, we were referred here to pull a tooth on my 5 year old. No one around could get me in as soon as Optimum did, and from the first phone call, all the way through our entire process, they went above and beyond with their kindness. Amanda our nurse was incredible and kept us at ease, and they even put on YouTube so keep my son calm! It was all over in 5 mins. Thank you Dr, Chad, you were fantastic!! I highly recommend Optimun for anyone needing oral surgery!

I had to go see Dr. Adam Cohen for a tooth extraction I was scared to death because I had never had a tooth pulled before and I'm just scared in general to get dental work done with the needles and all. He was so good and explained everything to me and his assistants Danielle and Tenia were great!! Tenia (a new employee) was fantastic and awesome comforting me through the whole thing!! I hope she has a long career there. And then today I also got a follow up call from Dr. Cohen making sure that I was ok. Thank you Dr Cohen, Danielle and Tenia. I would rate this place 10 Clean professional and comforting highly recommended

I went to my dentist for a root canal but the tooth was too far gone so they referred me to Optimum Oral Surgery and they took me right in same day. Dr Brad and the staff were so awesome. They got me in, extracted the tooth and took great care of me. Best dental experience I ever had. Will definitely use them and refer all of my friend!!!

I called in horrible pain and was seen the same day. I started the process for implants and I am thrilled with my final results. The staff was extremely helpful and caring. I would recommend Dr. Chad and his staff to anyone!

What a tremendously competent and professional organization! When I was first notified by my regular dentist that I would need to have a tooth pulled and possibly an implant, I was filled with trepidation. I could only imagine the excruciating pain I would experience. The dentist advised me that I would have nothing to worry about provided I called Optimum. They were the best oral surgeons around and had been for many years....... Let me tell you my prior fears were completely unwarranted once I had visited Optimum Oral Surgery Group and had the surgery performed by Chad E Rebhun, D.M.D. First, I waited just five minutes to be seen. ...that was a miracle in itself! Then the dental assistant, Danielle, put me completely at ease prior to meeting the doctor. In our few minutes together, she was as courteous, considerate, and gracious as I had ever experienced. When Dr. Rebhun finally arrived a short time thereafter he took the time to patiently answer EVERY question I had about the procedure. Chad made the effort to get to know me first. It was remarkable! I hadn't expected such concern for my well being. Within moments he quickly assessed the problem, informed me that he was going to take out the tooth immediately, and, reassuring me of his competence in doing so, went into action. It was gratefully over with minimum pain. Let me just say that I have had the good fortune of having excellent health care provided by a wide variety of doctors, but few, if any, have been as impressive as Chad. He was knowledgeable, professional, very confident and undeniably experienced; he was masterful in execution. Chad was wonderful to me under my difficult circumstances. He even had the decency to follow up with a call HIMSELF to inquire how I was feeling a few days later. Quite simply, Chad is an amazing surgeon. You won't find a better physician to examine, operate, or advise you regarding surgery on your pearly whites. I can't recommend him enough. Optimum Oral Surgery is as caring and compassionate as a business can get. From the moment I walked in the door I felt cared for and welcome. Finances and procedures were explained thoroughly to me, all questions were answered thoroughly, and I felt like I was in the best hands possible. They eased me into my wisdom tooth surgery and comforted me the whole way through. Definitely would give 10 stars if I could!

This place was amazing. Beautiful new building. Front desk girls were so nice and attentive. The dentist and assistant were amazing. Ashley ,Kiki Dr.Don and Kim were all the awesome. Thank you so much Ashley and Dr. Don. You made my experience so much better than what I expected. 20 out of 10!!!
