As a General Dentist, I pride myself on staying up-to-date on the latest dental industry trends and providing the best and highest quality care to my patients. I received my first dental degree in 2003, at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra Dominican Republic. After that, I received my second dental degree, Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D), at NOVA Southeastern University School of Dentistry in Fort Lauderdale Florida.
My goal is to create a trusting relationship with each patient so that I can understand their needs, address any questions and concerns, and guide them through their dental treatment. I provide personalized, high-quality dental care, and treat each patient as if they were a member of my family. I want to build a comfortable and lasting relationship with my patients. I listen to the individual needs of each patient and truly take the time to answer their treatment questions. Speaking Spanish fluently allows me to communicate efficiently with the Hispanic community. It is important for me to make sure each patient is comfortable and satisfied. Educating my patients is also very important to me; I like to make sure they understand what they are getting and why it will improve their lives. My mom referred me to optimum dentistry because I had a bad experience with another dentist office. The facility is clean, friendly, and have a short waiting period. Additionally, Dr. Santana and his staff are competent, professional, and provide consistency. I am so happy to find a doctor that provides high-quality services at a reasonable price. I've had great experiences with Dr. Santana and Optimum Dentistry since shortly after they opened in Coral Springs. Dr. Santana is always friendly, competent and thorough and Carmelita, the hygienist, is gentle but with a great attention to detail. The staff are courteous, experienced and positive and the offices are fastidiously clean and modern with the latest in equipment and technology. Everyone at Optimum Dentistry is committed to providing the best dental treatment possible and I highly recommend Dr. Santana and Optimum Dentistry.

Optimum Dentistry couldn't have made my experience any better, everyone was very welcoming, they cared about my needs/worries and most importantly they treated me as if they knew me for a long time. First visit was amazing & when I came back to do a wisdom tooth procedure, Dr. Santana was nothing short of understanding, helpful and caring to my question/concerns. Can't think of any other dentist to go to. Honestly thinking of getting cavities on purpose just to come see them more than twice a year.

I am a person who truly has had bad experiences in the past with Dentists. This office runs like a well-oiled machine! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm smile by Yari. She is extremely organized and sets up all of your visits and coordinating with your insurance. They have one hygienist by the name of Carmen who literally had Angel Hands while doing my deep cleaning! She is really good and very gentle! Thank you so much! Then, Dr. Santana.. what a great guy! I had a root canal! I was SO NERVOUS.. NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT OF PAIN... unbelievable in the best way possible.. It might be the technique he uses to numb you... not sure.. Never rushes and takes the time to educate you on the importance of your dental health. I never went to a dentist practice that felt so much like you are visiting friends! Thank you guys for getting me on track to get a perfect smile! I'm actually excited to continue to go to the dentist now!

This is one of the most amazing Dentists in Broward County. Dr. Santana and his staff have been exceptional in providing care to my mother. They have been extremely accommodating and kind with my mother who has dementia. I will continue to recommend him to family and friends.
