Dr. Pauline Yoseph started her dental career in downtown Evanston and quickly grew her presence in Chicago's Northshore community. In 2007 she enhanced her staple in the Northshore community and opened our second Optima Family Dental office in Lincolnwood. This office was built from the ground up, designed specifically to offer you and your entire family quality dental care in a state-of-the-art facility.

If I could give this office 10 stars , I would! I've been coming to see Dr. Pauline Yousef for over ten years and I don't intend on going anywhere else. The front desk receptionist is kind, professional, and very accommodating. I will never leave this dentist as she is gentle, has a great sense of humor which keeps me relaxed, and does fantastic work to keep my teeth and gums at their best. Dentist trips are no longer a chore or struggle for me.

I called to make an appointment for a tooth that had been bothering me. They were going to get me in the next morning & then the receptionist started asking about my symptoms & asked if I could come in that afternoon instead. She said she didn't want me to have to spend another night in pain! The entire staff was unbelievably kind and gentle. The office was bright, modern & clean. The doctor spent plenty of time with me going over my options, the pros/cons and never tried to upswell me on unnecessary dental work. She took her time and didn't rush me in and out. I'm happy to have found this office and am looking forward to going back for my dental treatment. If you need a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Pauline Yoseph.

The place is very clean friendly staffs and great services. I used to have Optima family dental awhile back when it was under HMO but they no longer accept HMO plan so I have to switch to PPO just to be with the Optima Family Dental and because of a great experienced I have there. In the past, I have switched dentists many times when I was under HMO. But nothing can compare to Dr. Pauline and her staffs at Optima Family Dental. The hospitality and the services they provided are way better than I expected when comparing to other dentists in the areas. I am glad to find a great dentists that are caring and get to know you. Very satisfied with this location.
