Dr. Owens earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri in 1996. He graduated with a specialty in Periodontics and a Master of Science degree from Louisiana State University in 1999. He is board certified in periodontology and dental implant surgery. He opened his first practice in 2001 in the Austin area.
While on the faculty at LSU, he was involved in several research projects that examined implants and new dental techniques, and he still stays active in the academic world to keep up on all the latest treatment methods. He lectures often and has published articles on dental-related topics.

Dr. Hinze earned his Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Louisville in 1997. He graduated with a specialty in Periodontics from the US ARMY in 2005. He is board certified in periodontology and dental implant surgery.
Juan Troconis, DMD joined us in May, 2020. Dr. Troconis, our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, attended the University of Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rico Medical Science Center. His career began at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, one of the most prestigious trauma centers, and as an OMFS faculty member at Case Western University, Cleveland OH.
